Kilcamb Lodge Hotel & Restaurant

We were staying in the area and decided to treat ourselves. The lunch was outstanding and included homemade bread with mint-infused vinegar, and an amuse bouche with Stilton mousse, apple and sesame. All followed by three freshly prepared and well seasoned courses. I loved my salmon with calamari, served with a variety of vegetables including asparagus. The service from all the staff was also thoughtful and attentive, very professional.

We dropped in for afternoon tea at the Kilcamb Lodge Hotel whilst in Strontian last week. The quality of the food in both looks and taste was excellent. The service really is great, thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive at all. The view looking out over Loch Sunart was glorious and served to amplify the rest of the experience for us as well. Very much worth a visit or taking a detour to visit. Evening menu looked great as well. We're looking forward to the next visit as soon as we can make it back to the area. Thank you Kilcamb Lodge.

Our family of 5 adults today enjoyed the most outstanding Sunday lunch we have had in countless years, with excellent service in a magical setting on the shores of Loch Sunart. Sherlock our Mini Schnauzer was also welcomed in the Brasserie. The Chef and Staff are to be congratulated.

We received a very warm welcome from Alex even though he was very busy. Enjoyed a G&T in the sumptuous lounge while perusing the menu and wine list. Our Sunday lunch was perfect, the beef cooked to perfection. Followed by a relaxing coffee and mints in yet another well furnished lounge.

Wonderful boutique hotel. View is spectacular, newly decorated, comfy bed, and the most amazing eight course meal. The lemon assiete dessert was insanely good!!! Wonderful hikes in the area. Even has high speed internet and electric car charging stations!

We spent 4 nights with our eldest daughter, along with two dogs, at this fantastic hotel in late September. We stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast basis and we chose to have the tasting menu for dinner every night. This newly refurbished hotel was very professionally run at the same time as being friendly and welcoming to both us and our 4 legged friends. The dinners were fantastic, beautifully presented and very tasty. The staff were very attentive and helpful and having worked up an appetite by exploring the beautiful woods and hills surrounding the hotel we showed our appreciation by leaving our plates clean! The breakfasts were also particularly well presented with a wide choice of dishes which set us up for a day of exploring the stunningly beautiful countryside. Although it wasn't cheap it was excellent value for money and very enjoyable. The dogs enjoyed themselves as well!

A wonderful hotel. We have been a few times this year. This year was our first time going to Kilcamb. It’s a superb location and the team are wonderful too. Thanks you Pavlina, Alejandro, Heidi and Aron, plus the back room team for making our stays so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for you. The food was outstanding and you accommodated my wife’s dietary requirements. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We can’t wait to return.

Went for a meal with friends - had the taster menu which was absolutely superb. The service was excellent - so friendly. We ate and really enjoyed every single course- fabulous . Highly recommend if you are in the area
