Hotel is ok. The sound of the lift (makes a sound every time the doors open) can drive one crazy. The window in my room was also not soundproof. Bring earplugs! No breakfast at the property. The rest is great (room, location, service).

It was a very nice stay.

Good choice if you need to stay nearby the Al Wanda mall

店家嚴重的虛假宣傳，圖不屬實，千萬不要選！經歷了很不愉快的跟酒店撕扯，後經攜程協調兩個月，實在沒精力了，草草了事，特此評價，勸友人勿選！首先，這個酒店在下午2點前到店提早入住要現場付100迪拉姆的提前入住費才能入住的，多一分鐘都不行。另外，設施2星級，謊稱新裝修，房間設施陳舊還臟，衞生間和淋浴房衞生條件極差，牆壁和沙發都是臟到花的，不敢觸碰，保險櫃是壞的，門沒有保險鎖，要求退房，被粗魯告知不僅不能退房，設施就是這樣，既不能修也不能換，可以不住，但不能退錢。説到要退，前台、安保及大堂裏遊走的各類工作人員開始粗魯對待我，言語不尊重人，因為獨自出差，為了避免沖突惡化，果斷離店。後經多次投訴，要求道歉，店家死不悔改，攜程為了店家的錯誤賠禮道歉。感謝攜程的客服管家在第一時間對我進行的安撫和幫助，但還是希望攜程能篩一篩這些不良商家，多做實勘。

整個晚上腦瓜子都被樓上Club震碎了，很吵！

This hotel front office is really bad. I wondered they even know what is hospitality compared to other hotels it's really a bad one. I was very disappointed with their service.. I won't recommend this hotel or visit again... Waste of time and hospitality need major improvements. Specially the staff Hari in reception was very rude and others were also same...

Staff is helpful and always smiling, location is nice. Rooms are well furnished with a relatively large room area.

Excellent, luxury hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Large room with mini fridge. Poorly designed bathroom. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. A simple longer shower curtain that reaches all the way around three sides of the tub would fix the problem. Perfect location about 12 minute walk to central bus station for trip to airport and Dubai. Local bus no. 24 stops at corner and runs to the Grand Mosque in one direction and to the Marina mall in the other. Must pay by tap card which can be purchased ONLY by cash at a machine at the bus station, for example. There are restaurants and a grocery store at a very short walk from the hotel and a pedestrian tunnel to cross the main road.

We had a nice experience however restaurant is not developed so they dont glasses for drinks and rest overall a good stay. Front desk and housekeeping made njce arrangements for birthday setup as well.

The hotel is ina very good location for central AbuDhabi. Was very convenient for travelling to the AbuDhabi Corniche, restaurants, shopping etc. Wahda Mall is nearby. The hotel is clean and room facilities are great. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The downsides are: 1. There are no restaurants inside the hotel. You have to go outside for even breakfast. 2. There is a nightclub on the top floor and we could hear the loud sound two floors below. The staff were kind to move us to the lower floors.

Service was quick and good …in centre of city..parking assistance was good..welcoming staff was superb..

Friendly Staff, very nice hotel, good location, a hotel that I would recommend.
