Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

Worst Mandarin Oriental hotel in the world ever. 1) the staff has treated guests booked from travel agent in a very obvious discriminative way. No requirements will be taken and they just try to find excuses. 2) as we have sensed that the staff is careless, we went to the reception on purpose in advance to renew the room card. The staff even took the cards and did something. But it turned out in the end the room card still expired and we had to wait 15 minutes outside the room for someone to open the door for us. I deeply suspect if the staff has been properly trained. 3) as we were leaving, the concierge forgot to put out luggage on the car! To conclude, worst 5-star hotel ever and will not visit again.

Everything was excellent a special option Ep Club! So amazing service and delicious food! Private beach with white sand and warm pools! Super small aquapark for kids and beautiful rooms. I have only 2 small minuses: you can’t buy there any sunscreen for kids (they have next to the beach own but…) and they don’t have indoor pool 😞

Amazing architecture, huge hotel beatifful room Clean and the staff is amazing

非常棒的一次體驗，雖然沒有中文服務，但是遇到的每一個服務員都很nice，特別是第一天辦入住的前台，很耐心的幫助我們辦入住手續，然後帶我們去酒店房間，一路上介紹吃早飯的地方，還有酒店的泳池、沙灘等公共娛樂場所的開放時間，還介紹了酒店的歷史。到房間後還介紹了房間的設備，很細緻周到。酒店離總統府很近，步行十幾分鍾就可到達，離清真寺也衹有二十多分鐘的車程。入住兩天，午飯和晚飯都是在酒店內解決的。日料和黎巴嫩餐廳都是值得嘗試的，環境超級棒，食物味道也很贊，就是價格略貴，人均消費1000左右。酒店早餐也是很豐盛的，建議坐在外面，可以看着波斯灣優美的景色品嚐美食，心情會特別好的❤
