Hotel is clean and good location but after one day room make up, they missed hand tower and not really attentive to changing or cleaning things, like tea and coffee didn’t replenish. However, it’s still worth of money with this price, fair enough.

It was good for a short trip to Abu Dhabi. Location is very convenient and restaurants everywhere and it’s near corniche. You have to pay extra for the parking which should be free for hotel guest

Service: excellent, warm and cordial. They try their best to accommodate all your choices, as far as possible. The pool is nice, the food is fantastic and affordable, and the location is superb. The beach side is accessible by walking, and you find good taxi service. All the stores and groceries are just nearby. I want to thank Ms. Josephine, Mr. Bahar in the dining area, and Ms. Sreelakshmi at the front desk, who always served with smiles. Thanks to trip.com as well.

We stayed here for a night and find the room clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and check in was easy. The location is also good and the amenities of the hotel are great.

During my three-night stay at Tryp by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center, I found it to be a delightful experience overall. Its prime location made exploring the city a breeze, with Al Mariah Mall just a short walk away and an abundance of 24-hour supermarkets nearby, ensuring convenience at any hour. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the proximity to the bustling downtown area, offering a plethora of fantastic dining options. However, the real gem was breakfast. Not only were the views breathtaking, but Chef Benjamin and his team ensured a culinary experience to remember, with a variety of delicious options and impeccable service. While the bed was slightly on the stiff side, it didn't detract from a restful night's sleep. The rooftop pool provided a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. I must commend the front office staff for their efficiency and friendliness, adding to the overall positive impression. In essence, Tryp by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center provided a comfortable and convenient base for my Abu Dhabi adventures, with memorable culinary moments and attentive service leaving a lasting impression.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that they didn’t have a non-smoking room which is what I requested, so we stayed in smoking room. It smelled a bit like cigarettes, but it was bearable. The breakfast was also good.

They kept me at the checking for almost an hour without any reason. For most of the times I was ignored, when I was asking what's going on I've heard only silence, just sometimes they said 'just one second, sir'. They were doing other clients request and keeping me on the side. Finally I stopped asking and forced them to give me a room, my women was very frustrated at that time. There were two receptionist, a boy named Amir, who didn't know anything and looked like he is lost and a women, Jenny, very grumpy, who never smiled and who was supposedly make my checking possible, but she was actually doing everything else but that. Throughout the whole stay other receptionist were very nice, always smiling and saying at least 'good morning', but not Amir and Jenny, they looked at me like I'm not welcome. Besides that everything else was very nice but these two made my holidays less pleasure. And that's why I don't recommend this hotel, you can find something with much better service.
