Personale e servizi ottimi, piscina termale molto grande e idromassaggio ottimi, colazione ottima, camera ristrutturata ma le finestre e le tapparelle vecchissime! Nel complesso un ottimo hotel e la posizione centrale con piscine bellissime ne fa un ottimo hotel! Peccato per le finestre e le tapparelle vecchissime.

Friendly hotel in good location, marvelous pool landscape with many features (jets, bubble beds, underwater cycles, etc.). Good and modern equipped rooms. In our room, however, there was no useful possibility for writing or computing. There was no writing desk/console und the small coffee tables have an elevated rim which is obstructive (see photo).

Very nice suite with big bathroom and gardrobe , frigo, big terrace and old furniture. Not so confortable. 2 tv with enough programms. The breakfast is very good and coffee and juice not from automat. Safe is avalaible in room.

We have a little suite on teh first floor, it was really nice but the meubles was littlebit old and unconfortable. Big terrace and very good bathroom with big shower. The breakfast was excellent and fresh italian coffee specialities not automat coffee! The pool is o.k. but the water is to hot for swimming.

Siamo stati per una notte in questo Hotel ben collocato nel centro di Abano Terme. Buono, al piano terreno, il centro termale/benessere con piscina interna ed esterna di piccole dimensioni ma vivibile ed usufruibile fino alle 23,00. L hotel dimostra pesantemente i segni del tempo sia negli ambienti comuni che purtroppo nelle camere. Abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano e la camera pur ampia era arredata con mobili anni settanta e con l'unico segno di modernità rappresentato dal TV a schermo piatto e wifi disponibile. Il letto matrimoniale aveva due materassi attaccati di cui uno morbido e l'altro duro..! Il bagno piccolo e cieco con un porta carta igienica/salviette che intralcia i movimenti sul WC/Bidet. Il frigo bar incrostato contenente solo 2 bottiglie di acqua ( a pagamento) Un terrazzino con pavimento, sedie e tavolino talmente pine di polvere e una barriera di ferro con vernice scrostata ed arrugginita. Ampia la sala ristorante, cibo abbondante ma di qualità medio bassa. Personale gentile e disponibile

Abbiamo scoperto l Hotel Universal di Abano Terme durante il COVID. Apprezziamo sempre molto questo Hotel. Seppur la struttura sia datata, la conduzione famigliare è eccellente nel garantire ogni volta un soggiorno molto piacevole, apportando continuamente di anno in anno migliorie per garantire un servizio esclusivo ai suoi fedelissimi clienti. Un complimento va fatto in primis agli chef del ristorante per l eccellente cucina, estremamente curata; al personale tutto della sala e bar per la professionalità; alla reception per l estrema gentilezza e disponibilità; alla cordialità ed accoglienza del personale in piscina; al personale ai piani; ed infine alla Famiglia titolare di questo albergo per la loro grande Maestria ed attenzione al Cliente. Grazie. E sempre un piacere poter trascorrere qualche momento di buon Relax nel vostro Hotel Universal ad Abano. D&V Treviso

Sono stata con amici il giorno di Pasquetta 2024 in piscina.. zona spa molto accogliente e nuova, le piscine una esterna ed una interna garantiscono il massimo relax. Personale della reception preparato ed accogliente soprattutto Stefano che ci ha accolti e fatti sentire a casa Ritorneremo sicuramente
