It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend to stay. Everything was so perfect. Room was clean, big and decorated with authentic design. The hotel has 3 buildings and 2 beautiful restaurants. Especially we like restaurant that serves Turkish breakfast. We had a dinner there Food was delicious and service amazing. Location is perfect near to all tourist areas and tram station. It was an amazing stay from very very early check-in till the special ritual on check-out. Me and my family had a great time here. It was a fantastic. Thank you to all team to make it happen for us.

Mola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. Best location to be in Istanbul! Near the tourist spots (walking distance). All staff are warm and friendly. Staff is quick to arrange transport to and fro airport, and other destinations. Room: bed was comfortable. Has sofa bed to accommodate my 2 kids. Overall good hotel and definitely would want to come visit Istanbul again and stay in this hotel!

Overall, my stay at the Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel was very good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing. It would have been better if this was included in the room fee, as it felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location and a generally positive experience. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

The hotel overall is ok. The roof top terrace is nice However, room service is disappointing. We booked a room for 3 persons. But everything in the room only provide for 2 persons, except an extra bed was provided. Shampoo conditioner and body lotion were not filled up properly. What was the worst, our bed was 6 feets wide, but there was an extra 5 feets mattress laid on top of the 6 feets mattress, I don't know why, as a result, it came out a step on one side of the bed. I had report to the room service staff. They said they would fix it properly for me. However, the situation was the same for the next 2 days.

Absolutely satisfied, this is my second time staying here. Will be here again for my next trip. 👍

Despite the presence of a 24-hour front desk in the hotel description, I was able to check in after 23:00 only after lengthy negotiations with the administrator / chief, who, of course, was not in place at that time. Thank you for your responsiveness, but it's better to confirm the check-in time in advance.
