My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration.

Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

酒店只有10間客房，設施新淨， 10分乾淨，日式和風，露天風裏有按摩功能，工作人員態度10分良好，會打電話來提醒吃晚飯和早飯，原本需要提早離開酒店，不能享用晚飯，酒店特別安排在早一個時間安排早飯，十分之體貼的服務。而且食物質素非常高質。水壓足夠。安排在獨立房間吃飯，私人感10分充足。

Tôi đến Ga Ureshino Onsen và yêu cầu nhân viên tại quầy thông tin sắp xếp một chiếc taxi đến khách sạn, mất mười phút. Ureshino Onsen có phương tiện di chuyển thuận tiện bằng tàu Kyushu Shinkansen. Chỉ có một vài doanh nghiệp trong thị trấn và hầu hết các phòng theo phong cách Nhật Bản trong công viên giải trí đều rất cũ, nhưng có một vài phòng suite được cải tạo rất đẹp. Tôi muốn nâng cấp phòng nhưng được thông báo rằng tất cả đều đã được đặt. Các phòng rẻ hơn nằm ở sảnh đợi, và các phòng đắt hơn nằm trong phòng riêng. Nhược điểm: Phòng quá cũ, chiếu tatami có mùi dưa chua, ngủ dưới sàn rất bất tiện, có hai lần mất điện, một lần vào đúng giờ ăn tối và một lần bị nhốt trong thang máy, thật đáng sợ. Ngoài ra, bồn tắm ngoài trời còn có mùi hôi. Có những bông hoa giấy đang nở rộ trong nhà kính bên cạnh, được cho là lớn nhất Nhật Bản, nhưng thực tế đó chỉ là một nhà kính rất nhỏ. Các khách sạn suối nước nóng ở thị trấn Ureshino đều rất cũ. Tôi đã đặt một đêm tại Khách sạn Sakura, nhưng khi tôi đến đó, tôi thấy sảnh đợi đang được xây dựng. Nhìn chung, nó không tốt bằng công viên giải trí, vì vậy tôi đã hủy n*** lập tức và đi tàu Shinkansen đến Nagaji, cách đó 20 phút đi xe.

設施豪華，周圍自然風光優美，酒店裡有二處公共露天温泉，西式房間裏也附帶小型敞開式温泉，一宿二餐豐富，6月中旬也能吃到梭子蟹。沒有單人房間，1個人訂房的也是2人房，當然餐食提供2套，吃到爆。

Love the amenities in the hotel. There’s also a wide selection of food during the breakfast session, and my partner and I managed had a very satisfying breakfast throughout our stay.

Good hotel warm comfortable bed.But no water inside the room provided.Room small but I could manage.Very Centrally located only 1 min from the train station Disadvantage only 1 elevator but waiting time was reasonable. Breakfast was good but to small to host all the customers. Onsen included and pajamas and slippers provided.

very lovely place! it is new (opened in July 2025). The service from when your car is in the porch (There's a valet), till check out, it was perfect. The onsen was great. It's not as warm as the others but it makes staying in the onsen longer possible. Was pleasantly surprised about the complementary dinner and breakfast! Dinner was great and was paced out so it was just nice. For breakfast it was a buffet spread that was great! I love the selection and freshness. It is in between mountains so the drive might be long but so worth it for the price
