The experience was good enough the hotel and the food wasn’t too bad. The hot spring on the top floor is an absolute delight and we didn’t stay in the room much we were almost out, so it was just a place for us to rest our feet and get a good night sleep and that just did the trick. Everything was fine hotel staff were good. Everything was great.

Trip.com 俾錯房！ 第一次發生這種事情！我訂咗2間新翼標準雙床房（圖3,4) 去到酒店俾咗新翼casual room-係連馬桶及沐浴設施都沒有。用咗超過1小時與酒店交涉，言語不通下終於知道係trip.com與日本當地旅遊agent公司溝通錯誤所致，非常疲累，但我哋訂嘅房已經滿晒，為咗方便家人晚上有廁所用，酒店幫我哋換咗舊翼單人房（有廁所，圖1,2) 我哋要兩個人瞓一張單人床，房間非常狹窄，廁所有異味😢 要稱讚酒店經理及職員非常有禮，盡量溝通並換房。 今次損失其實好難彌補，始終係溫泉酒店，家人朋友都對入住有期望，亦浪費很多旅遊寶貴時間，好失望😞

道後温泉に歩いて行ける距離にあります。坂が少しきついので、送迎バスを使えたらなお便利。ホテルからいさなみ神社には急な坂を登ることなく参拝できます（駐車場入り口から入る）。 温泉は湯加減がちょうどよく、気持ちよかったです。露天風呂からは松山城が見えたそう（私は視力が悪いのでわからず）。お部屋はツインルームで少し狭めながら荷物を広げるスペースは充分でした。スーツケースを置ける荷物があるとありがたいです（スーツケースやリュックは直置きするしかない） 朝食バイキングも豊富でおいしかったです！フレンチトーストと鯛めし？鯛茶漬け？がお気に入りです。

This site of the hotel is very good. It is just one minute' walking distance from the train stop and easily found. It is just at the shopping area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Besides, the breakfast is tasty and full of variety. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel è stato fantastico. Lo staff dell'Hotel è perfettp, tutti sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili per aiutarti. La camera e il bagno erano davvero molto puliti e accoglienti. Il cambio asciugamani giornaliero sempre efficiente. La colazione era buonissima, tutto ero cucinato perfettamente. La struttura dispone di un ottima Sorgente di acqua calda molto rilassante che consiglio a tutti di provare. Non vedo l'ora di prenotare di nuovo questo Hotel. Tornerò di sicuro.

Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhThe hotel is not close to Dogo Onsen street and you will need to drive or get a taxi if you want to go there. There are no restaurants or shops nearby the hotel. There is a walk nearby the hotel you can take which offers nice scenery in the woods. The hotel looks a bit dated particularly the bedrooms and the corridors. I asked for a quiet room facing the mountain instead of one facing a busy road and had to pay an additional 2200 yen. The hotel has a number of onsens and I like the outdoor ones best. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer good selection and I particularly like the dinner which offered nice teppanyaki beef and sushi. The hotel reception staff spoke very little English and the hotel did not reply to an email I sent them asking for transportation information to get to the hotel. There are buses near the hotel which go to Matsuyama and Imabari but they run infrequently.

TTài khoản kháchWe wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

WWhYxWhYA hotel that gives a 5 star feel. Warm welcoming from the moment we reach till we leave the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good too. Located within walking distance from the train station and shopping street. Overall was a wonderful experience.

Onsen water hot and alkaline slimy, my legs feel so much better after an evening and a morning soak.  Breakfast was of wide selection, very satisfying. Stand up shower stall a bonus! Drip coffee machine in room also a nice touch. Very smart, modern hotel.
