Good location and the room is big and comfortable. It closed to Heitou Old Stree and hotel bus is provided. We walked back and along the way can see the water music fountain behind the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! THUMB UP !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. It is skii-in hotel that provides exclusive skiing services such as lockers, coaches, ticketing and rental of skiing equipment., very convenient. We loved the hot pools outdoors, such an experience when you soaked in -ve degree in winter. We must mention the excellent work of the housekeeping crew, especially Mdm Ziv (妥金娥)，she helped to setup our sofa bed, patiently fulfilling our request such as extra bedsheets, blankets, pillows, drinking water and down to small details such as heat packs that she will ensure that we have enough. Keep up the good service!

TTài khoản kháchRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

TTài khoản kháchI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. MMichael 林世俊Singaporean of 6 stayed for 5 nights during March ski season Booked the 3 rooms apartment, 3 showers, 3 toilets with 1 bathtub, hairdryers, Humidifiers, clean, spacious enough for family Home kitchenette available but no utensils, cutlery to use but only 4 cups and a kettle Service is good, responsive especially the gentleman at front desk very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but it is sufficient, good and filling enough for a morning start The service staff at the breakfast restaurant remembers our daughters selection too and is attentive to children. SPA overall is a good respite for the cold weather but hygiene poor, do not compare to Japanese onsen as this is just a heated pool concept with outdoor pools. Movie tickets are good and we managed to catch 1 almost everyday and totally enjoyed ourselves. Short walk over to LAWSON, shops, and skis shops, rentals, ski academy Question is, will I stay again, YES!

GG. Solo TravelerJ had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

MMballyLovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.
