Nice hot spring hotel. Lakefront view rooms are preferable to avoid the traffic noise from the city view rooms. Service is good, breakfast is adequate. Service at the springs is excellent, the staff routinely will bring you tea while you soak. From the hotel you can easily join the path and walk around the lake.

Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip. Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV. Just the makeup mirror didn't work. The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu. We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer.

Thanks for the great stay at your Hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and won't forget the time in wonderful Zhenyuan. All Service people are extremely supportive and friendly. The Hotel has wonderful rooms with an amazing view to the lights of the city. Breakfast was very delicious, afternoon tea is amazing, and the night warm milk service closed the day for a good rest. Zhenyuan itself is a beautiful town with a lively and rich life and beautiful walks along the hill. We would be happy to come back one day! Thanks again!

此次貴州之旅，最讓我讚不絕口、強烈推薦的當屬這家酒店！剛踏入酒店，前台小姐姐無比熱情的笑容迎接我，那股子親切勁兒，讓我有了回家的感覺。辦理入住手續時特別快，完全沒讓我多等一分一秒。更讓我驚喜的是，一位帥氣的小哥哥主動上前，幫我把沉重的行李穩穩當當地送到了房間。本以為這就夠貼心的了，沒想到還有更大的驚喜在等着我，酒店不僅貼心地送了我早餐券，還額外準備了香濃的咖啡和精緻的小點心。這哪裡是住酒店，就像家裡接待客人來了一樣，説實話，我住過不少酒店，但像這樣處處都透露着用心、讓我真切感受到無微不至關懷的，還是頭一遭。這樣的服務，簡直無可挑剔！必須給這家酒店一個實打實的五星好評，以後來貴州，我肯定還選這兒！

The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.

TTài khoản kháchWe visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration. Room facilities and amenities are very high end. Value for price is excellent. Venues and garden landscape is impressive. We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5 Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5 Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there - We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff.

TTài khoản kháchThis was absolutely the best Hotel the wife and I have stayed in in our journey across China. We were greeted by smiles and given a free upgrade to the 8th floor which was beautiful. The rooms had a large balcony overlooking a wonderful little lake. We had a fantastic tasty meal in the hotel restaurant followed by a spectacular soak in the Hot Springs which was included in the price of the hotel . We also enjoyed the fish therapy pool for a small expense. In short this will be our go to hotel in Guiyang.

LLoo LoisExcellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃
