TTài khoản kháchThe hostel was nice but I had some issues. Before booking I called to see if it was possible to check in an 2am (it was). When I arrived at the hostel I was told I couldn’t get a blanket because housekeeping wasn’t in at the time. After asking what I was supposed to sleep in I was given a towel. The next day after asking again I again didn’t get a blanket but a sheet.
The other issue I had was the rules for the AC one of the occupants in my room had tubed the AC on super cold. After talking to others in the room who also told me it was to cold we decided to turn the AC up to make it a bit warmer. After being shouted at for making it to warm and countless talked we went to the reception to ask for help. The staff that came our room though didn’t do much other than saying everyone needs to be ok with the temperature.

JJay’s tripIt’s a good location to stay for Universal Studios. Because we don’t have to stay all day in the hotel. The hotel is just 6$ by uber to go to Universal Studios. Compare with the price is okay, don’t expect anything from them. Cleanliness is the worst, we can’t walk without shoes in the room but bed sheets and towels are okay. They have 24/7 front desk but you have to call them because staff is not there.

TTài khoản kháchNice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area. The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

TTài khoản kháchCool new concept. Didn’t realize it’s the only one in the world. Nice, thoughtful amenities. Compact like a Mikrotel but with a funky arty twist. Clever sayings around the spaces that make you smile. Who doesn’t need to be reminded to smile while making a 1500 mile trek back home👩🏻🎨

TTài khoản kháchFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
