Welcome Home! This stunning property boasts 4 Full Baths (2 have steam showers), 4 bedrooms each with a king or queen bed, Office (also with a queen bed). You will be blown away by all the charming details of this meticulous renovation. Over 3,000 square feet, top floor unit with elevator, central to downtown and just across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center.This unit has everything you will need for a great stay and can accommodate very large groups without feeling cramped. It is newly renovated, has laundry, stocked kitchen, tons of space, 2 entrances, fire escape, elevator access, 2 large flat screen TVs with streaming service and sonos bars, High speed WiFi. One of the "bedrooms" does NOT have a door, it has a desk in it and can be used as a bedroom or an office.The entire condo is completely private.This condo is right above two amazing restaurants. The unit is built with sound proofing but does get ambient noise/vibrations from the ventilation system in one of the bedrooms during business hours.We are happy to set up the two twin beds by request.This property is in the very heart of downtown, just across the street from The Salt Palace Convention Center and just down the street from City Creek shopping & Dining. Just a couple blocks from Temple Square & a few blocks from Gateway & Vivint Smart Home Arena, home of the Utah Jazz.
