The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and has a breakfast bar area that seats 3. The dining room table seats 6. The living area has a 42 inch SMART TV, log into your own smart apps. Washer and dryer are on the main floor laundry room, just off the full bath.Home is conveniently located .8 miles from the Country Club Plaza and has a local coffee shop and unique restaurants within walking distance (.3 miles).
