Modern wooden villa built in 2009, spacious kitchen and living room combination, downstairs bedroom 2 beds, sauna (wood stove), washroom (1 shower), separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom with 2 beds, lounge with sofa for two, balcony. Extensive terraces. The villa has geothermal heating system and mechanical ventilation. There is also a yard cottage (40 m²) available only during summer time from 1.6. to 30.8., no running water. In the cottage there are two alcoves (curtain door) both with double bed, sofa, electric radiator. NB! Pets can be brought to the yard cottage (max. 3 dogs). The customer must inform about the dogs in the reservation details. Note that pets are allowed only in the yard cottage. Pets cannot be brought to the main villa. In the cottage there is outdoor games and board games. At the beach there is a campfire place. In addition gas grill and smoker and 2 sup boards. AT Extra price: Hydro massage bath outdoors for rent, 200 €/weekend, 300 €/week. There is a wood fired hot tub in the terrace: 100 €/weekend, 150 €/week (client heats it). Other prices must be asked from the owner of the cottage. It is good to reserve the hot tub beforehand. Payment to owner in cash (even money) on site. Karhijärvi is a big lake and there is good fishing possibilities. The beach is gently deepening and the sand is brought (2017) to the beach, so it is suitable for even small children. 18 km to the east from Pori, pond 10 m (400 m x 50 m), water depth in the pond is about 5 m, pier, swimming ladder, rowing boat, canoe. Log cabin (brand Honkarakenne) in a good location nearby Pori. There is kitchen/living room, bedroom with wide double bed, bedroom with two 90 cm wide single beds, two 120 cm wide thick mattresses on the loft (the height of the loft is 140 cm, stable stairs leads to the loft), sauna, washroom, WC in the cabin. Air source heat pump (can be used for both warming and cooling). Terrace with table group in front of the cabin, gas grill and hydro massage bath outdoors for 7 persons (incl. price). There is also nice and atmospheric summerhouse with wood burning grill in the yard. Pets are NOT ALLOWED at indoors in this destination. In frosty weather hot tub is not in use. Please inquire about the availability with the owner in advance. Karhijärvi is fairly large lake in Lavia. Only for families. The beach is suitable for small children. Yard area is spacious and bright, the lake opens to the south. The neighbors are close, but still there is own peace. The lake is rich in fish. In high season smoked lampreys can be bought eg. from Pori Square and from Nakkila village. Tampere (eg. Särkänniemi Amusement Park) 85 km, Pori 45 km, Old Rauma (World Heritage Site) 90 km.

78 km north-west of Tampere, L.Mertiöjärvi 25 m (length 1 km, width 1.5 km), shallow and deep shore, sanded soft mud bottom, swimming is best off end of jetty, own boat and 2 canoes. Wooden cabin (built in 2021), combined living room and kitchen, two bedrooms; one with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed where the lower bed is 160 x 200 cm and the upper bed is 140 x 200 cm. The living room has a sofa bed that can be extended to a size of 140 x 190 cm. The cabin also features a utility room with a washing machine and WC/shower room with two showers. 85 km north of Turku, lake Pyhäjärvi 40 m (width of 9 km, the length of 25 km), shallow and hard sand bottom. The villa has no own beach. The beach which is 40 m away is owned by the neighbour, but clients of this villa have a possibility for swimming there. However the boats and other things on the beach cannot be used, because they belong to the neighbour. There is not a boat for this villa's clients. A public beach 3 km away. Two-storey wooden villa, kitchen-living room sofa-bed, a small bedroom with 2 beds, washing room (toilet), sauna (electric stove). Upstairs (low ceiling) lounge, bedroom with 2 beds. 65 km east from Pori, Lake Miekkajärvi 30 m (length 600 m, width 200 m), clay bottom, rapidly deepening. A pier and own rowing boat. Romantic cottage by the lake Miekkajärvi is built in 2006. Downstairs: living room (sofa bed for 1 person), kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, air source heat pump, separate toilet, wash room and electric sauna. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, toilet. Wide, good stairs leads upstairs. Campfire site in the yard. Swimming possibility from the pier (dock ladders). Water depth at the pier is about 1,5 m. Owner rents out a hot tub (from first of May till end of October) which is situated front of the pier. Hot tub booking has to be made before hand to the owner, also payment straight to the owner (100 or 140 e/cottage booking). Hot tub is easy to fill by water pump from the lake. Please notice! Hot tub has to be filled first and after that heating can start. Beautifully located, atmospheric cottage by the rugged Lake Miekkajärvi. There is a cottage road that leads to two other cottages between the cottage and the beach. Please notice! Only 1-2 small pets are allowed (for example a cat or a small indoor tidy dog). Please add the pet fee to Your reservation in case that You have a pet/pets with You, thank You. Final cleaning includes in all reservations. Sheets and towels are bookable at extra fee. Villa Ahomoisio offers a good quality accommodation even for bigger groups. The villa is furnished with details in a modern country-romantic style.
