Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Khách sạn sở hữu vị trí tuyệt vời n*** trung tâm thành phố, với giao thông thuận tiện. Các điểm tham quan gần đó chỉ cách khoảng 10-15 phút đi bộ. Chủ nhà thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng trả lời mọi câu hỏi. Nước đóng chai và mì ăn liền được cung cấp miễn phí. Khách sạn có gara riêng. Nhiều nhà hàng nằm trong bán kính 5-6 phút đi bộ; chủ nhà gợi ý món phở Việt Nam, đặc biệt phù hợp với khẩu vị người Hoa. Đây là một nhà nghỉ chất lượng cao mà bạn sẽ muốn quay lại.

Các nhân viên đã có thể phục vụ việc nhận phòng vào đêm khuya của tôi. Họ đã cung cấp bản nâng cấp miễn phí! Căn phòng đủ rộng với phòng tắm riêng. AC đã được bật vào mùa hè, mặc dù không có bộ điều khiển. Căn phòng không được trang bị nhiều đồ dùng nhà bếp cơ bản.

This place we affectionately call Nana's. We felt right at home and suitably looked after. The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast. 10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps). Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too. Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

WOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!
