Situated in the heart of Edinburgh (Newington ). On a direct bus route into city centre, Princes Street, and High Street. Buses run from 6am to past midnight and you will find a bus running every 5 minutes or less. 5 minutes walk to many restaurants and world cuisines, shops and cafe's. Mayfield Suites features luxurious and elegant accommodation and some rooms with mountain view or Royal observatory. Free fast and reliable WiFi for all guests, plus free private parking onsite. The guest house has double rooms, Studio and family rooms. All units at the guest house are fitted with a seating area, 55" flat-screen TV with streaming services. All rooms have a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. Toiletries, and slippers provided. Units have a kettle, with tea/coffee making facilities while some rooms also boast a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and freezer. At the guest house, the units have bed linen and towels provided. This recently renovated guest house is located only 1.0 miles from University of Edinburgh, 1.3 miles from Royal Mile and 1.2 miles from National Museum of Scotland The Real Mary King's Close is 1.3 miles from the guest house, while Camera Obscura and World of Illusions is 1.4 miles from the property. Edinburgh Airport is 6.9 miles away.

My flat is at the first floor of a four-storey residency with lift. Property is less than 30 mins away from the city enter either driving yourself or take public transportation. A just right distance for travellers who want to enjoy the quietness of local Edinburgh community and free of car parking. Few minutes' walk-distance to bus station, supermarket etc. The flat is recently refurnished with IKEA furniture. The flat is bright and warm thanks to its location and large windows. Central heating and 24 hours hot water. I am renting the whole flat or two bedrooms separately subject to the actual situation. The whole flat can host 5 persons max. One bed can host two people, another bed for three people. During the peak time, the two bedrooms could be fully booked but most of the time I enjoy just hosting one or two guests.
