Foggy Valley in Zhangjiajie is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the entire property is, it feels like a true luxury retreat set right in the middle of breathtaking scenery. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. The service was outstanding, attentive, responsive, and genuinely warm. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, from arranging transportation to making sure every request was handled seamlessly. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the tea service demonstration was a memorable highlight. We also enjoyed in room massages, which were incredibly relaxing and added to the overall experience. A special touch we loved was the animals on the property. The puppy, along with the friendly dogs and cats, brought so much charm and warmth to our stay. Foggy Valley is peaceful, luxurious, and truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

Nhân viên khách sạn nằm trong khu nhà cao cấp. Đi bộ một phút đến tàu điện ngầm và đi bộ vài phút đến khu mua sắm lớn. Nhân viên khách sạn rất chuyên nghiệp và phục vụ bạn tốt. Phòng sạch sẽ và hợp vệ sinh, khăn tắm an toàn khi sử dụng và bồn cầu sạch sẽ. Mặc dù bạn phải trả chi phí cao hơn cho khách sạn, nhưng quang cảnh và thời gian lưu trú rất dễ chịu

Our stay here was perfect, what an amazing place! The staff are exceptional, and really care about guest experience. They provide transport to and from the east gate of the national park, and will help you plan your day. The service was perfect even down to the small details, like putting mosquito repellent out on the table we liked to play cards at, and providing us with a printed photo of our favourite memory there to take away with us. The room was great, the views were breathtaking. After a long day at the park, we really appreciated having a small swimming pool there for a dip. Food options were good - we enjoyed our dinners and the breakfast buffet. Orders can be placed in advance on WeChat when you are on your way back from a day at the park. There was a decent range of both soft and alcoholic drinks available. What we loved the most is that they have struck the perfect balance between luxury and a kind of homely comfort. We felt so relaxed here. An added bonus for us was their friendly dogs and cat, as we were starting to miss our own dogs at home by this point of our trip. The location was fantastic. It is close to the national park, but the views are so good that if you choose to relax at the hotel you won’t miss anything. If our room wasn’t booked for the following days, we would have extended our stay. One of our favourite places we have ever stayed, not just in China. Thức ăn rất tuyệt, và cái hồ nhỏ mà phòng chúng tôi nhìn qua thật thanh bình. Rất khuyến khích các khách sạn lớn ở Wulingyuan. Vòi hoa sen của chúng tôi bị rò rỉ một chút, vì vậy chúng tôi đã sử dụng khăn để lau sàn sau đó, nhưng dù sao thì những người dọn dẹp cũng đưa cho chúng tôi khăn mới hàng ngày.

Gần đó còn có một nhà hàng BBQ Hàn Quốc tuyệt vời mà cả gia đình đều yêu thích. Khách sạn có một hồ bơi rất đẹp, nhưng chúng tôi quá bận khám phá nên không có cơ hội sử dụng. Thật lòng mà nói, chúng tôi ước mình đã ở lại lâu hơn - nó tuyệt vời đến vậy! Rất khuyến khích cho các gia đình hoặc bất kỳ ai muốn có một trải nghiệm Trương Gia Giới đáng nhớ, không rắc rối.
