Dos de de las lámparas no funcionaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y quisiera agregar lo más desagradable, hay un ruido intenso que empieza desde las 6:00am es un elevador en particular. Fueron solo dos noches sin embargo nada agradable para poder descansar y dormir bien . Sinceramente no volvería.

Hi, 3 Things to improve: -Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles. -Faster room service and Bar service. -Better lightning in pool area. Nice facilities an the staff is very kind. Thanks

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there. 

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Very nice stay in a spacious room. Good breakfast. It's a challenge or next to impossible to get a fresh towel or more water early in the morning or late in the evening. The staff's readiness to help is average. The hotel will charge the guests in advance unless a credit card is provided.

Had to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

Khi chúng tôi nhận phòng có thức ăn còn lại trong minibar. Chúng tôi thông báo lễ tân và không có gì làm. Sáng hôm sau chúng tôi thấy có máu trên tường trong phòng tắm. Chúng tôi thông báo với lễ tân để dọn dẹp nó và chúng tôi đã mất 3 cố gắng báo cho họ trước khi có người dọn dẹp nó. Họ có vẻ không được hủy. Chúng tôi tức giận vì đó là máu và có lẽ là một nguy hiểm sinh thái và họ đối xử nó như một dấu vết. Các nhà hàng chúng tôi thử rất tốt nhưng chúng tôi cũng ăn rất nhiều thức ăn trong khu vực địa phương. Hồ bơi là tốt và vị trí tuyệt vời. Họ quảng cáo thành viên của họ qua sự chia sẻ thời gian, rõ ràng là bình thường nhưng không biết với chúng tôi. Chúng tôi biết phải có một số truy cập cho 'bữa sáng chào mừng miễn phí'. Rất thú vị khi nghe về nó nhưng chúng tôi không được tư vấn trước mặt những gì nó liên quan đến nên chúng tôi cảm thấy hơi bị bắt. Các tiền được cung cấp cho thời gian của chúng tôi là công bằng. Đó là một kỳ nghỉ tốt và chúng tôi nghĩ kinh nghiệm của chúng tôi chỉ là mất may. Phần tốt nhất là vị trí của khu nghỉ mát.
