Phòng vàng phục vụ tốt, trà chiều phong phú, món tráng miệng, rượu và bữa sáng, nhưng phòng tắm quá nhỏ, nhà vệ sinh và phòng tắm đánh nhau, đi vệ sinh rất khó chịu, chậu rửa cũng nhỏ, không thoải mái bằng như phong cách Nhật Bản.

I’m in awe of Canada’s nature, but the hotel left me rather disappointed, especially compared to other hotels. Some floors were closed for renovations, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. During my entire stay, I didn’t get a single full night’s sleep because all the noisy work was done from 8 PM onwards, often lasting indefinitely. Sometimes I woke up to the noise at 1 AM, which was, of course, very unpleasant—especially considering we weren’t warned about it or offered any discount for the inconvenience. The service was also quite mediocre. We constantly had to ask for things—there were no creams, no soap, or something else missing in the room.
