EJC Presents: Yoga for Renewal is an invigorating and introspective yoga class hosted by Sido Surkis, a certified yoga teacher. The class fee is $10 per session, and registration is required due to limited availability. While drop-ins are welcome, it's important to note that the doors will be locked promptly at 10 am.

She acquired her Teacher Training Certificate in the spring of 2019 and specializes in leading trauma-informed and light-hearted yoga sessions.
