2025 is the 1700th anniversary of the so-called Nicene Creed, and the Alcuin Club, in partnership with the Society for Liturgical Study, is marking this anniversary in its annual Study Day. The Niceno-Constantinopolitan Creed, as it is properly called, not only encapsulates the universal faith of the Church, but is a significant component in the worship of the Church.

12.00 pm Keynote address ‘The Nicene Creed, Catechesis, and the Liturgy’ given by Revd Dr Matthew Salisbury, National Liturgy Adviser for the Church of England
