The Triathlon Ireland Social Hub at Lisburn Leisureplex offers a supportive environment for triathletes to enhance their skills and connect with like-minded individuals. This program, held on the second Wednesday of each month, focuses on fundamental training in cycling and swimming disciplines. Coached by Ciaran McGarrity, participants can expect tailored sessions suitable for all ability levels. The upcoming sessions in August, September, October, and November will take place at Lisburn Leisureplex from 7pm to 9pm. Participants must be Triathlon Ireland members aged 18 and above holding a Club Training or Full Membership.
