Thornes Park Stadium - Couch to 5km Welcome to the Thornes Park Stadium for our exciting Couch to 5km event! Lace up your running shoes and join us for a fun journey from the couch to the finish line. This 9 week course is perfect for beginners & those returning to running levels. Come and run with likeminded people in the safety & security of Thornes Park Stadium as you push yourself to reach your 5km goal. You'll be fully supported by a qualified run leader on the weekly group run at the stadium as well as accessing the nhs couch to 5km app. Free tea/coffee/soft drinks and a chance to chat after each Weds evening run.
