Dr Arun Jayaraj, MBBS BSc is an Longevity Health Coach specialising in women's health, particularly in guiding women (and their partners) with their lifestyle through perimenopause and postmenopause.

He has led numerous coaching sessions and workshops, focusing on improving quality of life through personalised wellness strategies and adopting the mindset of using lifestyle as medicine. Dr Arun holds Biomedical Science (BSc Hons) and Medicine (MBBS) Degrees from King’s College London, ranked top 20 worldwide. He is also an entrepreneur building a community helping women navigate perimenopause and providing corporate training on wellness at work.
