Come and enjoy an evening of painting under the expert tuition of Didsbury artist Lelanie Slater, a Didsbury-based fine artist known for her oil on canvas work. Hosted at Didsbury Pub from 7pm to 9pm, you'll learn how to compose a vibrant contemporary picture using gouache paints. Your work will be inspired by the season and Lelanie will guide you on a mixture of techniques to create a picture you're proud to display. No experience needed. All equipment will be provided by Bromleys Art Supplies, our sponsor. This event is brought to you by Didsbury Arts Festival, as part of its spring season of events giving people a chance to try something new. Please let us know of any access requirements, and note, if you drive to the venue you need to put your number plate into the console near the bar to avoid parking charges. All proceeds from this event will go directly to funding Didsbury Arts Festival 2026 and local community arts projects that help people of all ages and backgrounds get creative.
