Presenting a training course, for the first time in India, led by global expert in early childhood music Prof Helga Rut Guðmundsdóttir from the University of Iceland. She brings her decades of experience working in various countries, contexts and training numerous music teachers on how to introduce music to babies and young children. Prof Helga Rut is a published author and creator of the Tónagull Method used to train babies and young children in music. What you can expect: You are invited to observe as Prof Helga Rut leads two practical sessions for babies, toddlers and their parents from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. You have the option of participating in these session as an observer or an active assistantFrom 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., we will reflect, discuss and unpack research on effective strategies to build musicality in this age groupPlease arrive 10 minutes before the start timeThese sessions will be recorded for research training and purposes only and will not be shared publicly. By attending the event, you give consent to this.
