The Programme for Government 2024-27 ‘Our Plan: Doing What Matters Most’ recognises that the central role of government is to protect citizens and identifies ‘Safer Communities’ for all, particularly for women and girls, as an immediate priority for the Northern Ireland Executive.
A well resourced and connected justice system is vital to the delivery of this programme for government priority commitment, the social and economic value of which will be significant. This event will provide an excellent opportunity to consider what resources and partnerships are needed to achieve this outcome.
