I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

Location is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

We arrived early after long drive and they usually charge $50 for early check-in, but the receptionist was super nice and let us in. Breakfast is good! They even have the waffle machine onsite! I like their sausage gravy too!

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

Máy giặt không hoạt động sau khi tôi trả tiền và cho quần áo và bột giặt vào, sau đó tôi gọi đến lễ tân, sau đó họ nói với tôi rằng máy giặt không hoạt động. Tôi hỏi họ tại sao họ không đưa ra thông báo, lễ tân nói rằng họ chỉ phát hiện ra khi tôi gọi. Lúc đầu, họ yêu cầu tôi đợi đến sáng hôm sau, sau đó họ có thể gọi cho công ty máy giặt để cố gắng hoàn lại tiền cho tôi. Dù sao, họ không chắc chắn về việc tôi có được hoàn lại tiền hay không!!! Cuối cùng, sau khi trao đổi qua lại, lễ tân đồng ý hoàn lại tiền mặt cho tôi và đưa một ít bột giặt để chuyển sang tầng khác giặt đồ. Tôi đến Seattle muộn vào khoảng 11 giờ tối cùng với chiếc xe. Tôi đã trả phí đỗ xe hàng ngày. Vì tôi sẽ rời Seattle chỉ vài giờ sau khi trả phòng, họ nói với tôi rằng tôi không thể để xe trong gara cho đến cuối buổi chiều vì họ cần chỗ. Tôi nói rằng tôi đã trả ”phí theo ngày”, vì vậy về nguyên tắc tôi có thể đỗ xe đến cuối buổi chiều, nhưng họ bảo tôi không được, tôi có quyền nhận phòng muộn và họ không thể làm gì để kéo dài thời gian đỗ xe của tôi đến cuối buổi chiều. Tôi hỏi họ xem đó có phải là quy định không, họ nên ghi rõ trong phần mô tả và thông báo trước cho khách, đặc biệt là những khách quốc tế có thể có cách hiểu khác về ”phí theo ngày”. Cuối cùng, họ cho phép tôi đỗ xe đến 2 giờ chiều, quá sớm đối với tôi và tôi cần thay đổi hoàn toàn kế hoạch của mình tại Seattle do vấn đề đỗ xe. Tóm lại, thái độ chung là họ rất tiếc nếu khách gặp bất kỳ vấn đề nào, nhưng họ không thể giúp được nhiều!!!!!

Tôi đã ở đây ba lần. Lần này dịch vụ khách hàng nổi bật. Tôi đã yêu cầu mọi thứ 4 lần trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Tất cả các phản hồi đều nhanh chóng, dễ chịu và chuyên nghiệp. Vị trí tuyệt vời vì nằm n*** cạnh thư viện hiện đại của họ. Tôi đã ăn tại nhà hàng fogo de chao cách đó vài dãy nhà để thưởng thức quầy salad trưa tuyệt vời của họ. Nơi này có mọi thứ và hơn thế nữa.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this
