在southborough離公司很近，環境不錯很安靜 前台服務很好，晚上挺晚到的，還給了新烤好的曲奇餅乾，很貼心 房間挺大的，兩張那個大床住得很舒服，衞生間設施也不錯，衣帽間很方便 電視可以付費看netflix等片，也有有線電視 唯一不足是，咖啡機很臟，裏面外面都是灰，需要洗一下再用，提供的一次性杯子和杯蓋上也都是灰 不知道是不是這間房間很久沒人住過了 入住前請檢查下房間衞生情況

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

整体感受还可以哈 Tôi vừa ở khách sạn này và có trải nghiệm tổng thể dễ chịu. Vị trí thuận tiện, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan địa phương và phương tiện giao thông công cộng. Quy trình nhận phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ và được bảo dưỡng tốt, có giường thoải mái và các tiện nghi thiết yếu. Tuy nhiên, một số khu vực có thể cần cải thiện—đôi khi có tiếng ồn từ hành lang và kết nối Wi-Fi hơi không ổn định. Bữa sáng có nhiều lựa chọn, mặc dù có thể đa dạng hơn. Bầu không khí chung rất nồng hậu và khách sạn cung cấp giá trị tốt so với giá cả. Tôi sẽ cân nhắc ở lại đây một lần nữa nhưng sẽ đánh giá cao một số nâng cấp nhỏ về dịch vụ và tiện nghi.

地理位置一般，衞生狀況還可以。我們是在那邊辦事所以選擇。如果是旅行就比較麻煩，因為打車到市區要三十美金，到哈佛大學也要三十美金。房間沒有拖鞋和洗漱用具，美國的酒店都沒有，很奇怪。早餐以冷餐為主，把它當成快捷酒店去住就好，不要想的和國內的希爾頓比，會失望，

Отличный новый отель. Номера небольшие, но все очень комфортно! Удобная большая кровать прямо у окна с видом на город (при заселении можно выбрать низкий или высокий этаж и вид - на город или нет). Регистрация удобная Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер. Современный телевизор Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно. Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца. Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут. , тропа Свободы также находится рядом Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров. В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

Chỗ nghỉ cơ bản khá tốt. Thực đơn bữa sáng rất hạn chế nhưng với giá 22 đô la thì không thể mong đợi gì hơn. Dịch vụ dọn phòng không được tốt lắm. Chúng tôi hết xà phòng/sữa tắm; tôi đến hỏi một nhân viên dọn phòng và họ nói ”hãy đi hỏi người khác phụ trách phòng của bạn”. ”Người khác” đó không có mặt ở tầng đó vào thời điểm đó.
