The staffs at receptions are super helpful, one helping me reserve a restaurant in Matsusaka. Another lady staff also heled me finding new restaurant on the 2nd night as the one i plan to go was fully occupied, i am really thankful for that.💜 The Aircon is not a centralized type, which is really good during the autumn/winter. The hotel has pilow bar where you can lend pillow of your choice without charge. They also provide icebar at the public bath area. Location is the best

Great location! Waking up in early morning and walked to Meiotoiwa power spot was such a fresh start of the day. Sea breeze and calm wave brought us a serene mind on our 2nd day of January. However, room was quite outdate but clean. I was surprised by thin wall that you can heard the person next room singing song when they’re showering lol. Breakfast line and space as well as private bath is quite limited. Better to arrive and early check in to pre book both BF time and private bath.

Location was less than 5 mins from JR platform. Note if you are arriving onto Kintetsu platform, remember to cross the overhead bridge first to JR platform before exiting the station otherwise you’ll need to walk 15 mins to cross the railway crossing in a roundabout direction. Room was 15msq but didn’t feel tiny as we brought a small size luggage. Plenty of food options and familymart nearby. A must eat restaurant for dinner (washoku sato) great variety and very reasonable prices. Outer shrine was 15mins away and inner shrine was a 25mins bus ride. Great weekend getaway!!

The hotel is located not far from the station, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Within a 10-minute walk, there are some small restaurants, but be prepared—they’re too small to comfortably fit a family. I have two major complaints about the hotel: 1. The booking didn’t mention that parking spaces are limited and not managed by the hotel staff, so anyone can park there. We arrived from Tokyo and had to use a paid parking lot near the hotel. 2. At breakfast, you have to wait in line because tables are cleared very slowly. You come down for breakfast and end up waiting about 15 minutes before you’re seated. 3. There’s no way to adjust the air conditioner temperature—only the fan speed. The room was very cold, and you could easily catch a cold.

The hotel view is really nice. You can see the sea from your room. The hot spring has both outdoor and indoor. There is free soba between 9pm-10pm. The dinner and breakfast were really great! The staff are really kind and helpful. My husband forgot his passport without any realise, the hotel tried to contact us via the Trip.com. What a great service mind!

It was during racing weekend and all surrounding hotels are full. This seems to be a lover’s hotel, Karaoke room. Luckily nobody sang 😂. There is no staff at front desk or anywhere. Free coffee and soda machines. Room is very big with a big bed, projector, TV, sofa, big jacuzzi and separate toilet. Because of the size air conditioning is quite insufficient. Free parking and lots of spaces. Location is quite out of the way in the middle of the fields. We thought we were lost looking for it late after dark. There’s dust beneath the bed and under the mattress but I guess most people would not notice. Overall it was a good stay and good value.

NneotokyojapanThis is the second time I have stayed at VISON since the end of last year. Last year we stayed at HATAGO, but HONZO-SPA was very good and they have a new sauna, so we used the HOTEL on this trip. There is a bathroom on the terrace of the room, but we did not plan to use it. It gives you some privacy, but personally I would prefer a lower tree than the terrace to have a view. The hotel breakfast buffet was good enough and the overall impression was very good.

My room was a non-smoking room but there was a definite smell of tobacco in the room which can be quite sickly especially with the air conditioning pumping the smell around.

While preparing my toast, a staff came back again to offer a tray. The common area was fairly adequate with a lot of seating, access to a microwave, small stove and fridge. As an added bonus, there is aluminium foil and plastic wrap available. Room size was decent, and the design of the layout was good. The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and it was noticed staff were extra careful to explain with the restaurants nearby.

The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.

DDr.RayWe stayed at Sanco Inn Kuwana for a night when we were in town to attend a wedding and found it to be a small but well-equipped hotel in a quiet, charming town. While the room and bathroom were quite compact—just enough space to open one suitcase—they thoughtfully included a small bathtub, though it may be a tight fit for taller guests when showering. It was adequate for us (a family of 2 adults 1 toddler) The hotel impressed us with its attention to detail, offering various types of pillows and night robes in different sizes, even for children. Breakfast was a concise but well-curated selection. It’s best to come down early, as seating can be limited and there may be a queue for food. Conveniently, takeaway boxes were also available for those who prefer to eat on the go. The location was great, with several convenience stores nearby and the train station just a few minutes’ walk away. A comfortable and practical stay for a short trip!
