Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, bữa sáng rất ngon cho khách sạn 3 sao, phòng có kích thước tốt nhưng khả năng cách âm bên ngoài không tốt lắm, có thể nghe thấy tiếng trò chuyện ở hành lang, vòi sen tuyệt vời nhưng phòng tắm không bịt nước từ vòi hoa sen, rồi phòng tắm ngập nước, dịch vụ lễ tân kém, họ cần được đào tạo khẩn cấp, dù sao, đánh giá của tôi là khách sạn này hợp lý đến tốt (xếp hạng từ 6 đến 7), tôi nghĩ giá trị đồng tiền là tốt vì Tôi được thăng chức

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no Colômbia escolhemos ele novamente por já conhecer a única coisa que dessa vez deixou muito a desejar foi o café da manhã até no domingo último dia nosso o café estava razoável mas no primeiro e segundo dia acho que até por menos hóspedes o que não justifica porque a qualidade do atendimento independente de números tem que ser sempre o mesmo inclusive meu genro foi pedir leite a atendente falou que não tinha isso é inaceitável para uma rede de hotéis que oferece um serviço na estadia e não cumpre 100% espero que voltem a ter a mesma qualidade de atendimento independente da quantidade de hóspedes

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com lojinha de conveniência no saguão e um restaurante razoável (almocei no dia que cheguei e tomei o café da manhã) que me atendeu bem . Achei o quarto pequeno, mas como eu estava só, isso não foi problema (apenas senti falta de um frigobar). Meu quarto foi limpo durante minha estada e achei os funcionários super educados e prestativos . Do meu ponto de vista foi um ótimo custo-benefício e provavelmente me hospedarei lá novamente.

The hotel does not match the photos shown on the app at all. The room looked very different in reality, which was quite disappointing. The bathtub is extremely small and not comfortable to use. There was also not a single bottle of water provided in the room. When we called to ask about it, we were told to collect water from the reception ourselves, which is inconvenient for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations based on the listing.
