Recepcionista nao informa onde fica os ambientes no check in..nao houve conferencia no check out ninguem.acompanha. O atendimento do restaurante na janta foi pessimo do garçom. A.comida nao vale o preço. A piscina estava suja e nao tinha funcionarios para atender. Estacionamento terceirizado ninguem pega a mala quando chega.
