Molly has been exceptional for us. She is attentive, responsive and meticulous during our entire stay at Loh Kah. From the day one she has been constantly checking in on us to make sure that all needs are taken care of. And even to the last day when we check off the hotel, she volunteered to take a couple photo for us, to really help us sum up the hotel stay in a very nice and romantic manner, something that we do appreciate a lot about. The hotel stay has been great as well. The water treatment, SPA has been a great experience for us and at the the treatment is free of charge so we really get to really experience it. The whole state has been very scenic, comfortable and well thought of so we would definitely come back to Loh Kah again

My colleague recommended this mansion a lot, so I stayed one night at Gulangyu. I added the mansion's staff on WeChat and asked about booking for ferry from Xiamen and porter service, because there is no vehicles in Gulangyu so I had to walk from the port to mansion. Lin's Mansion offered a lot of services including rental traditional clothes and visiting some attractions, but sadly I couldn't do those things due to my short itinerary. I bet I will stay at this mansion if I go to Gulanyu again.

Khoảng sân n*** lối vào rất dễ nhìn, suối nước nóng khổng lồ trong phòng cũng rất thoải mái. Mùa hè ở Phúc Châu vào tháng 7 nhiệt độ khách sạn là 40 độ C, có nghĩa là bạn có thể dạo quanh. ba làn bảy ngõ vào sáng sớm và tối mà không bị căng thẳng về nhà sau khi đổ mồ hôi thay quần áo ở khách sạn. Bữa sáng của khách sạn bao gồm bánh gạo mới chiên, laohua, cá viên và thịt viên. Nhà hàng Phúc Kiến của khách sạn cũng có đồ ăn rất chất lượng, thậm chí còn khiến tôi phải từ bỏ nhiều kế hoạch ghé thăm các nhà hàng trên phố. Nếu được điểm tuyệt đối trên thang điểm 5 thì tôi sẽ cho điểm 6.

This time I came from Taiwan to work, I chose Shangri-La! It's so close to the beach, you can walk over to the sea breeze after work, and the whole person is relaxed~Special thanks to Yulia who served the guests. I'm not familiar with the place. She not only checked the strategy of local affairs for me, but also helped me contact the docking party I needed. She was very patient all the way. The service is so attentive, I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Xiamen!

”Strategically located in the city center, this hotel offers convenience. However, the reception area is compact with limited lounge space. Note that the hotel shares a building with offices, accessed via different levels. Overall, a decent stay, but consider the space limitations.”

This has been the most amazing, luxurious and relaxing stay I have experienced. The beautiful gardens, architecture, spaciousness, features, lighting and water design details and attentive staff made us feel most welcome. The secluded tranquility was what we needed to unplug and recharge. We enjoyed the hot spring baths, breakfast and dinner and the massage therapies. Highly recommended and hope to visit again.

It was an amazing stay in Lee's mansion, very quiet place and their attention to detail all the way from confirming the booking to the moment we checked out, very attentive and thoughtful. A personaised greeting note on our arrival, a few local freeies for our stay as well ( even the beverages from the fridge are free) Also tips.for where to eat and shop we're so handy for us, will definitely visit Lee's mansion in the near future.

Though it’s a bit far from city centre but as a hot spring resort where u would spend time to relax, it’s a wonderful place to go with high CP value. Places were well maintained and very clean. Hot spring park was very nice with lots of helpful staffs around.

泉州迎賓館，把我們的旅途幸福感拉滿了！從門口熱情笑容滿面的迎賓小哥給我接過行李的那一刻，我就感覺“穩了”，沒有選擇錯。還有接送我們外出的吳師傅，還有那位酒店大堂前台值班的小妹妹（4月3日晚上21:00左右，實在抱歉，光顧着感動，忘了問寶子的名字啦），每個人都把我們的感受放在心上，服務暖到心坎裏。一入住就收到了超豐盛的歡迎大禮包，滿滿一盒糕點+新鮮水果，我倆直接看懵了，根本吃不完、吃不完、吃不完（重要的事情説三遍）；晚上還被貼心投喂，保温瓶裝着熱乎乎的花生湯，甜滋滋、暖乎乎，一口下去，整個夜晚都被治癒了，幸福感直接爆棚！ 最最讓人感動的，是（4月3日晚上）我們在泉州碰到難得一遇的超大暴雨，那雨大得能澆透靈魂！我們在西街吃完飯，雨越下越大，打車怎麼都打不到，衹能硬着頭皮坐公交車往酒店方向走，雨實在太大，鞋子全泡水裡了。回到酒店趕緊問服務枱能不能買雙新拖鞋，結果前台小姐姐二話不説，直接把員工穿的全新布鞋送了我們！這貼心程度，比我們入住過很多五星級奢華酒店都比不過，真的被這份細緻感動到不行！
