Me and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

Nơi này rất đẹp để chụp ảnh đăng lên Instagram và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Thật không may, thời tiết xấu, trời mưa cả ngày nên chúng tôi không thể tận hưởng cảnh biển. Phòng rất thoải mái và sạch sẽ tuyệt vời 👌🏼 nhìn chung đó là một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời, chỉ tiếc là thời tiết không cho phép tôi dành thời gian tận hưởng bãi biển hay cảnh hoàng hôn/bình minh. Có rất nhiều nhà hàng gần khách sạn, vì vậy rất dễ dàng nếu bạn muốn tìm nơi ăn uống ngoài khách sạn.

Had a perfect stay at berjaya. Service is on top! We enjoyed our room. The location is a bit far from village but its ok for us. JUST 1min walk to the beach from our Garden Chalet room. Room is well put with the amenities. Have hot and cold water. Toilet also worked well.✌️✨⭐️ Staffs are nice. Free breakfast with wide range of choices. Can choose dinner buffet or ala carte dinner. Neither pricey nor cheap price. Overall - 4.5/5 💗💗

Chúng tôi đã đặt cabin rẻ nhất, và tình cờ được sắp xếp ở EE1, rất gần quầy dịch vụ và bãi biển. Nhược điểm duy nhất là không có móc để treo khăn ướt trong phòng tắm. Các bức ảnh khác trong ảnh là của các loại phòng khác để tham khảo. Bữa trưa tự chọn có giá 35 MYR/người và chúng tôi cũng chọn ăn tại khách sạn. Giá cả rất hợp lý. Gói lặn bằng ống thở nửa ngày của khách sạn là 60 MYR. Tôi khuyên bạn nên tham gia chương trình trọn ngày với giá 180 MYR tại 4 điểm lặn bên ngoài. Nếu bạn sống ở ngôi làng này, tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên đến khách sạn này. Có một người ở quầy lễ tân có thể nói tiếng Trung Quốc, và cũng có một người ở nhà hàng trung tâm hoạt động có thể nói tiếng Trung Quốc.

A tropical paradise tucked in a private beach on Tioman island. We stayed 2 nights in the Sarang tree house, was treated with absolute warm and welcoming hospitality. Perfect for couples who wanna be “stranded” on an island getaway.

The exterior of the hotel appears quite old, but the rooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained. The main highlight of this hotel is the mini water park and swimming pool, which are a big hit with the kids. They had a great time, making it a fun and enjoyable stay for families.

While the hotel itself feels somewhat dated and could benefit from modernization, its true gem is the **pristine, breathtaking beach**. The soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters make it an absolute paradise. Our kids had an amazing time **collecting seashells and spotting tiny crabs** along the shore—it was a perfect blend of fun and adventure for them. Additionally, the **pool area offered stunning views of the beach**, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. The kids loved swimming while taking in the scenic ocean backdrop. If you’re looking for a **relaxing beach getaway with family-friendly activities**, this place delivers—just don’t expect luxury accommodations. The natural beauty and kid-friendly experiences more than made up for the hotel’s aging facilities. **Final Verdict:** Great for beach lovers, but the hotel itself needs upgrades.

decent stay clean and spacious unit. allowed early checkin when we arrived.room service was unavailable and breakfast was ala carte with limited choices. perhaps due to monsoon season n weekday, as not many guests were here.
