The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.

Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel and it fit the exact purpose we needed for, it was also the best value of anywhere around. The hotel was clean and the room and the staff were lovely , every time we needed some information the staff were very helpful. The breakfast service was a buffet and at 15 EUR/ person represented great value with lots of different options for different kind of diets. I was running the marathon in Valencia and needed to keep my diet plain and clean, for anyone else doing something similar in the future I would say that the breakfast and the dinner are sufficient to correct carb load if that's what you need to do. The dinner buffet was 25 EUR and unlike breakfast, did not include any drinks. It was still good but a bit too expensive, we felt a bit too compelled to order paid drinks and there wasn't really anything I needed from the drink menu, I didn't like this. There are also things that could do with improvement, especially considering the 4 star rating of the hotel. Some of the facilities and amenities are now very date, particularly the TV in the room was very old and too slow to operate. The gym was quite decent for a hotel and had good weight options , but I would advise against using the treadmill, the belt got stuck while I was using it and I almost fell. Either the belt needs replacing or the entire treadmill. The sauna is free to use and was really nice, but the wooden benches are very loose and feel like they could give way especially on the top bench. None of these problems were big or impacted our stay, but the hotel should consider upgrading in the future to maintain their high standard.

Our room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere. Other rooms had a phone we did not. I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Loved this hotel, prefect location for our 5 night getaway. Great clean hotel with lovely staff would definitely return !

Cleanliness: The room was spotless clean, including the bathroom. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Location: The place was near many places including a petrol station, that sells reasonable petrol or diesel for cars. As well as you get free parking with the hotel. Service: The service from check in to check out was easy. However most staff couldn’t speak English including at their own restaurant, but somewhere we managed to communicate. The staff were really nice and lovely. Amenities: Towels was provided in the rooms with running hot water. Downside: the room we had was a double room with breakfast included, which wasn’t sound proof. I didn’t have a problem sleeping since I’m a heavy sleeper but my partner experienced drunken people in the corridor having loud conversations which ruined his sleep for an hour and then he couldn’t go back to sleep all night. Other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel in anything.

Vraiment excellent comme hôtel le seul reproche que je pourrais émettre c'est qu'il n'y avait plus de places de parking disponible à l'hôtel, nous avons du aller bien loin pour en trouver une ! Je tiens à dire aussi que le petit déjeuner était fabuleux.

Khách sạn nhỏ tuyệt vời n*** trên bãi biển cạnh phố mua sắm. Tầm nhìn tuyệt vời từ ban công nhìn ra biển và những cây cọ. Là một nơi tuyệt vời để ở và giá trị tốt. Ăn sáng tại các quán cà phê gần đó vì tôi thích ăn sáng hơn ở phòng ăn trong nhà (không có chỗ ngồi ngoài trời), đặc biệt là vì nó rất gần hoặc chỉ ngồi với đồ ăn của riêng tôi trên ban công đầy nắng xinh xắn.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and strip without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!
