We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable.
If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

its my first time this hotel. Room was clean and tidy bathroom has only 1 door in shower between toilet . There have free apple cookies and bean. Its near oceon but you need to walk long go to beach.

Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Mixed feeling after staying at this hotel. The room is in the ”Business” section, but there is no table and chair for work.
No hangers or towel hooks near the sink
. No programs in English on TV.
Staff is friendly, check-in is fast.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and commercial areas. There are many restaurants and several convenience stores within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We tried two of the restaurants inside the hotel — one offering upscale Chinese food and the other seafood buffet, both were excellent. Will definitely choose Shangri-La again if we come back to Qinghuangdao in the future.

We stayed for two nights for Dragon Boat Festival, and we could not be happier we chose this hotel to get to know Qinghuangdao. The hotel is very clean, no angle of it looks old. Our suite had a bathtub which is a great way to relax. The location is absolutely perfect - you're a stone throw away from the sea, and within walking distance of nice places to go for lunch or dinner.
The staff didn't speak English, but they were very kind to us and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was the least appealing part of it. The food was very bland, and variety was a bit lacking in my opinion. I don't mind having traditional Chinese breakfast (I've been living here for years) but even that was flavorless and cold.

IIrodaThe location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful.
But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is very conveniently located to the beach and still close the city. Lao Long Tou was a 30 minute taxi ride. Whilst the restaurant is tasty, it caters for Chinese and western cuisine is limited. Not a problem if you enjoy Chinese cuisine :)

MMballyLovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.

Otherwise, everything is fine: the best territory, private beach, few people on the beach. it's good. I can't say anything about breakfast in the restaurant, because I decided not to choose it.
The rooms are very old, the equipment in them is also old, but everything is rather clean. large balconies, and this is a great advantage.
