I've stayed in the hotel a couple of times, its location is great, the employees are extremely well mannered and polite. Travelling with the wife and a baby, they were able to provide the baby bed and washing basinet.

El muchacho ( Flaco alto) de la recepcion poco expeditivo y muy descortés, el ascensor cada rato descompuesto y los señores encargados de traer y llevar el auto al estacionamiento fueron todos muy descortés...en síntesis una muy mala experiencia en el hotel..no le recomiendo a nadie

Atendimento no café da manhã e o café da manhã é ótimo! Limpeza deixa a desejar, tinha um rabicó cheio de cabelos do hóspede anterior no meu quarto. Check in é cedo (11 horas) e pedi se poderia ficar na estrutura do hotel logo após esse horário, porque estava chovendo, e fui questionada pelo atendente até que horas eu ficaria (insinuando que eu não poderia ficar muito tempo). Mas no final das contas fiquei por horas lá sem nenhum problema.

NNiefaBeach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOÚnico ponto negativo do hotel é a acústica, passamos o final de semana e teve festa ao lado, o que não é problema algum, mas o que incomodou foi que não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho, portas e janelas não isolam o som que vem de fora! O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante.
