Hotel básico. Bien situado a 15 minutos de oporto en coche. Cuenta con parking privado exterior. NO tiene spa como muestra en sus imágenes. NO funcionaba la calefacción por lo que tuvimos que usar varias mantas y pasar frío. El hotel se encuentra en reformas y hacen ruido desde las 9 horas hasta las 18h (podrían informarlo a la hora de realizar la reserva…). NO dispone de nevera en la habitación. Muy muy básico.

Everything was good there accept cleanliness when i checked in the room everthibg was good but when i turned off the light there was ant on my bes and it was really difficult for me to sleep and when i woke up i see the floor it was full of ants and when i opened the door there was a vase and there were alot of ants it was a worst experience for me they have to take care of these things

It was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. At night, a strong sewer smell came up from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, the wardrobe hinge was detached, the toilet paper holder wasn’t properly fixed and kept hanging down, the soap holder in the shower wasn’t secure so anything placed on it would fall, and the towel rack was loose, causing the towels to slip off constantly. The hair dryer was broken, so I requested a repair in the morning, but it still wasn’t fixed by the evening. They said it would be repaired the next day, but I declined and asked for a replacement instead. However, the replacement hair dryer was the type that should be mounted on a wall bracket, and because the bracket wasn’t fixed in place, I had to lift the entire unit, including the mount, while drying my hair. This was very inconvenient.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe. The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

Alojamento impecável, no centro de Amarante. Tudo muito bem cuidado, quartos limpos e modernos. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Estacionamento perto.

Khách sạn có vị trí rất thuận tiện ở Porto cổ. Đi bộ 10 phút là đến bến cảng Porto (Cais da Ribeira: rất sôi động vào ban ngày và tuyệt vời vào buổi tối, nằm dưới Cầu Dom Luis I tuyệt đẹp, nơi tàu điện ngầm cũng đi qua) lối đi dành cho người đi bộ để đến hầm rượu Porto ở Vila Nova de Gaia, tuyến cáp treo đến hầm rượu hoặc Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar. Gần tàu điện ngầm, xe buýt, Phố Santa Caterina, v.v. Sân thượng trên tầng 6 có tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp, nơi có một khu vườn rau. Phòng ăn sáng và nhà hàng ”Bicicleta” (xe đạp) có tầm nhìn ra thành phố. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ. Bữa sáng tự chọn rất ngon, nhiều lựa chọn mặn/ngọt, cà phê xay bằng máy, cam Bồ Đào Nha ngon và nước cam ép tươi tuyệt vời!

Amazing hotel with great amenities, personnel, food. The only downside for me was that the gym lacked even the very basics (not even a set of dumbbells/kettlebells, just cardio machines).
