We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

A Solid Base for Exploring Chichen Itza From Cancun Airport to Hotel/Chichen Itza: -Cancun Airport to Cancun Downtown by ADO bus, cost 180 Mexican Pesos, time 35mins. (1st bus starts at 7.50AM). Tickets can be bought at the time of departure. -Cancun Downtown to Hotel/Chichen Itza by bus, cost 280 Mexican Pesos per person, time 4hrs. -Chichen Itza ticket cost 671 Mexican Pesos (can be bought at the time of visit). We recently stayed at Hotel Doralba and found it to be a very good choice for visiting the famous ruins. The property is very large and spacious, which is great for families. The highlight for us was the swimming pool area, which has a dedicated section for children and a separate, larger pool for adults. Our room was cleaned daily and was always tidy and comfortable. For the price, we felt it offered excellent value. A few important things to note for future guests: · Location & Transportation: The hotel is within walking distance to the ruins(2km walk). For Taxi, It is about a 5km drive away. We used a taxi which was readily available and cost 100 Mexican pesos for a one-way trip. · Dining Options: Be aware that there are no restaurants or shopping centers near the hotel. At hotel you have very few option that also non veg. As vegetarians, we were a little worried, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even arranged to have extra vegetable dishes brought in from outside—a incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Suggestion: Do not forgot to bring your own extra food too.

La app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega

Khi chúng tôi nhận phòng có thức ăn còn lại trong minibar. Chúng tôi thông báo lễ tân và không có gì làm. Sáng hôm sau chúng tôi thấy có máu trên tường trong phòng tắm. Chúng tôi thông báo với lễ tân để dọn dẹp nó và chúng tôi đã mất 3 cố gắng báo cho họ trước khi có người dọn dẹp nó. Họ có vẻ không được hủy. Chúng tôi tức giận vì đó là máu và có lẽ là một nguy hiểm sinh thái và họ đối xử nó như một dấu vết. Các nhà hàng chúng tôi thử rất tốt nhưng chúng tôi cũng ăn rất nhiều thức ăn trong khu vực địa phương. Hồ bơi là tốt và vị trí tuyệt vời. Họ quảng cáo thành viên của họ qua sự chia sẻ thời gian, rõ ràng là bình thường nhưng không biết với chúng tôi. Chúng tôi biết phải có một số truy cập cho 'bữa sáng chào mừng miễn phí'. I didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Todo el personal fue encantador. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Chichén Itzá. La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena. Precios acordes. Todo muy bie
