設施：早餐很好吃，我倆一早到就先去幹了早餐
衞生：很乾凈，房間也很寬敞
環境：環境很好，希爾頓的標準
服務：服務也很好，位置一般
本次是去出差所以住的裏客户近，如果去旅遊也可以住海邊一點，很漂亮的海岸線或者老城附近
趕上了下雨，附近就這樣了

The hotel is a true 5 stars. The manager of the hotel will look at you down if you are not your typical white traveler, other than that the rest of the hotel staff is amazing.

我和同事在這裏續了兩次，總共住了6個晚上，位置很好，離Serena，bluemall，ágora mall商場都很近。最值得點讚的是服務人員，有一天晚上我把打包的炒飯拿到前台幫我熱一下，一位高高的工作人員幫我拿到餐廳熱好，還貼心地拿了湯匙和刀叉。每個工作人員都微笑服務。酒店房間很新，很安靜（雖然樓下是道路但是隔音很好很安靜），早餐好吃，環境優美，有嶄新的健身房，有屋頂泳池，躺在那裡看美麗的晚霞和星星，確實是一段難忘的回憶。以後出差來聖多明各就住這裏了。還有，走100米還有一家中餐店，實在太完美了。

Llegué antes de las 3pm y me dijeron que únicamente se podía hacer el check in a partir de las 3pm sin verificar si tenían siquiera habitación lista. Llegué por la noche y me atendió el chico nocturno Manuel, muy majo. Me comentó la particularidad de la habitación y me acompañó hacia ella y me explicó todo para que no tuviera dudas por la noche.
El desayuno tienen buena variedad.
Está muy bien para pasar unos días por ubicación y calidad-precio.

Nice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

客觀來説，不推薦，樓下是賭場，比較吵鬧，的確沒有熱水洗澡，設施也比較老，但是游泳池非常漂亮，游泳池的餐廳做的漢堡也非常好吃，帶小朋友的話就不建議住了

TTài khoản kháchI had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over.
The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is housed in a beautiful 16th-century building that once belonged to the governor of Hispaniola. The historic charm is undeniable, and the interior has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
However, my room faced the main road and the port, which meant a lot of noise and exhaust fumes from traffic. Unfortunately, the windows did not provide sufficient sound insulation, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
On the bright side, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—great variety and quality. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard.

- Breakfast is simple but good enough: toast with cheese and ham, coffee and a boiled egg.
-Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, can refill drinking water.
-500m walking to the gate of the colonial area.
- Taxi stand is at the same street
- Nice, spacious outdoor, sitting area
- A personal fridge in the room
Cons:
-A bit noisy from the road/a bar until around midnight.
- Shower is not really hot (only slightly warm).

LlludolNot at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!
