Khách sạn này tương đối mới và cơ sở vật chất tương đối trung bình, đây là tiêu chuẩn ở Đức. Người phục vụ nhận phòng rất nhiệt tình và rất tốt bụng. Bữa sáng rất phong phú và không tệ. Tôi thấy có rất nhiều người ở trong khách sạn. Điều duy nhất không dễ chịu là bãi đậu xe. Khi tôi đăng ký, tôi được thông báo rằng bãi đậu xe miễn phí. Nhưng khi chúng tôi rời đi vào ngày hôm sau, một người phục vụ khác đảm bảo tính phí đậu xe cho chúng tôi 20 euro. Khi giao tiếp với cô cứ như lặp lại, qua lại chỉ một câu. Giá phòng đã bao gồm ăn sáng và chưa bao gồm phí giữ xe. Người xấu giao tiếp trong bữa trưa nên chỉ có thể trả tiền và rời đi. Điều này rất khó chịu

Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the ”coffee water”. Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip.

Leider ist bei uns so ziemlich alles danebengegangen. Los ging es beim Einchecken, das mitgebuchte Frühstück war nicht mit im System und somit für uns nicht verfügbar. Dadurch hatten wir direkt bei Ankunft ein hin und her, da das Personal sich komplett aussen vor hielt. Zum Glück hat unser Anbieter das Problem ganz schnell gelöst, so dass wir zwar Geld vorstrecken müssen, dies aber erstattet bekommen. Durch diese Verzögerung blieb uns keine Zeit, das Zimmer anzusehen, da auch der Schlüsselchip nicht programmiert war und wir somit nochmal Zeit verloren haben. Wir haben uns kurz umgezogen und sind unmittelbar zur gebuchten, externen Veranstaltung aufgebrochen. Bei Rückkehr wurde es dann so richtig eklig. Die Toilette war am WC Rand komplett mit getrocknetem Urin besprenkelt, dies war auch an der Aussenseite der Schüssel zu sehen. Da der Portier in der Nacht allerdings schon das Buchen des Frühstücks auf den Morgen verwiesen hat, konnten wir um ca 23.30 Uhr nichts mehr veranlassen. Direkt am nächsten Morgen haben wir dann die gemachten Fotos an der Rezeption vorgelegt. Hier wurde uns zuerst mitgeteilt, dass wir dies direkt bei Anreise melden müssen, nach Erklärung des Ablaufs hat der Herr dann aber unsere Fotos abfotografiert und will dies mit dem Chef der Reinigungsfirma klären. Wir durften uns als Entschuldigung jeder bei Abreise ein Getränk aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, das war doch eine nette Geste. Leider sind das aber für uns zu viele Fehler auf einmal, zumal noch 1 weiteres Paar Probleme mit dem gebuchten Frühstück, als auch ein Paar Probleme mit dem Zimmer hatte und das alles alleine in der Zeit, in der wir morgens reklamiert, sowie den Checkout durchgeführt haben. Fazit: Das Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Good facilities and convenient location.  Breakfast not very exciting but adequate.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren mit der Lage zum Flughafen sehr zufrieden, da es nur eine Haltestelle entfernt ist. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, daher können wir dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel jedoch gut gefallen.

We were positively surprised by this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, there were free parkings nearby and the location was decent if you're there with a car. The room was clean and modern, definitely recommended for travelers on a budget!

If you expect services, e.g. helping on your baggages, this is not a hotel for u. Our originally request on room arrangement was being ignored, while getting an email confirmation prior to the stay. Room is quite new, and decent.
