This is an open area studio, there is not a separate bedroom. This 4+ acre hay-farm property is bordered on 2 sides by the reservoir. We are within walking distance (about a mile) to two vineyards, and just a few minutes drive to downtown restaurants, shops and Choate campus. The main house is about 25 feet from the studio. No-cost early check-in and late check-out is available much of the time, just ask.
