Although the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, the hotel is not up to par for its price, expectations and cleanliness. First, for me, WiFi and internet connectivity is important, and I had so many problems just getting online in general. Secondly, airport shuttle only runs 7am to 11pm, very inconvenient if your flight arrives late, as mine did and it cost 29 dollars by taxi, or leaves early, which required me to change hotels. Third, I was placed in a handicapped room, I’m not handicapped, older, yes, but quite able. Last, cleanliness was lacking, see pictures, holes and marks on the wall and a coffee pot that didn’t work, and also a phone in the room that also didn’t work. Like I said, staff is friendly, but the product not worth the cost.

Staff who dealt check-in was good. But the location was so close to the highway. And I saw small insect in a bathroom. I can’t confidently say it was cleaned.

從未有過如此差的體驗，那麼垃圾一個旅館收費1097元也不低了，同級別汽車旅館頂多700元，入住阿三阿姨慢慢悠悠一會兒跟人聊下天一會兒又搞下別的，站在前台等了半個多小時才拿到房卡，看她刷了幾次信用卡問她為什麼説搞錯了，多收會退的，結果退房後幾個小時收到短訊扣款通知，聯繫攜程説對方會退回，結果第二不但沒退回還又多扣一次。還有明明定的雙早，到了早上被告知沒有早餐，攜程退一百元早餐補償在漂亮國衹夠一人早餐錢

衹要預期不要太高，不要和同等價位的國內酒店比較，可以説是性價比較高的一家酒店。酒店交通還是比較方便，乘150路（酒店步行10幾分鐘）到市區20到30分鐘，到南邊的一家mall也就十幾分鍾，就是離高速近，晚上有些吵。酒店周圍缺少餐飲，衹有在加油站有便利店，但是品種還挺多，三明治，熱狗，咖啡等一應俱全。剛下公交碰到一個卡車司機，他在網上找酒店，第二天搭飛機，發現這家價格最好，距離sea-tac 10幾分鐘車程。就是網速太慢，問了前台説是已經申請升級，過一個多月就好。總體來説物有所值

信用卡放在褲兜里拉在酒店了，打了前兩個電話説沒看見，打第三個電話説我們給錢信用卡很重要，再幫忙找找，告知回來取信用卡吧，給了錢衹給了信用卡，褲子説沒有了。。。

This place should be avoided at all costs My wife and I planned a weekend away as we were visiting Vancouver and decided for an overnight trip to Seattle as an added treat . We booked this hotel and my god what a dump we walked in and simply walked out. The room smelled bad and I am talking more than cigarettes! It was moldy and even the locks on the doors were repaired ! We didn’t cancel our room on arrival and lost our 92 bucks and drove back to Vancouver ! Don’t make the same mistake ! A quick check on google earth and you’ll see it is beside a truck stop and I am sure used for hourly usages !! Terrible dump

I would have been better off sleeping in my truck. Dirty. Sketchy. Dead mice. Bathroom sink with no connecting plumbing. Unbelievable that they can actually charge money really. However, very grateful my windows weren't broken out upon my return. Just don't.

How many ways can I tell you that we can’t believe how poorly maintained and how poorly it represents your business. Dirty, smelly, In need of repairs. If there was food available we didn’t know it and would not have dared eat anything.

First things i saw when i walked in was a bag tied over the smoke detector (photo taken after we had to rip it ourselves) and a chair drenched in so many inconceivable liquids im afraid to bring a black light in here, if you want to ignore that, the pasta sauce, mystery liquids, hair, and mold everywhere including the air conditioner i guess the beds are nice

Rooms were clean if a bit old and it was comfortable but my husband and I were very frustrated not only by the fact that there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby as was advertised but by the response we received when we asked about the advertised breakfast. The desk attendant rudely told us that there was no breakfast to be had and acted like we were an inconvenience for asking. This was incredibly frustrating as the availability of breakfast is something that my husband and I specifically look for when we book a hotel as we both have food related health issues. If you need breakfast and coffee when staying here, save your breath and just go to the gas station down the road, they have freshly ground coffee. 😕

The front desk associate doesn’t have the best costumer care skills. I didn’t get any special treatment with my Platinum Status. Not welcome gift, no room upgrade. My room was terrible: - It had a dirty door - Dirty walls - The curtains were falling - Lightbulbs were not working - Flooring falling apart - Bathroom ceiling falling apart - Only one TV channel working My room didn’t get clean even when I saw the cleaning man next door when I left. Over all a terrible experience
