The stay at the hotel wasn’t bad, but if you spend a lot of time at the beach you have to ask them for a new towel on your own as they change it when the towel is in the room; the bed lining isn’t changed until asked as well. The number of sockets is limited, only on the one side of the bed, if there are two people, it’s inconvenient to charge phones or other staff. The room is rather tiny. The location is good, close to the beach and walking food street .

Better than expectation albeit room is abit old. Cleanliness is good and close to kata beach too.

Honestly, I'm not even sure how to begin... - Location: Far from ideal. - Price: Exorbitant, especially considering the quality of service. - Cleanliness: The room conditions are appalling; there's an overwhelming musty odor upon entry. The bathroom is unbearably warm and reeks of urine. - Staff & Service: Hospitality is markedly lacking. It seems there's little concern for guest needs—a departure from the welcoming spirit typically found in Phuket. - Others: The room's furnishings are dated. The view from the balcony is essentially of trash. Bedding and overall room cleanliness leave much to be desired. We chose the Ibis Phuket Kata expecting the reliability and value often associated with chain hotels. However, what we encountered was shockingly poor. Despite spending around $100 per night for a three-night stay, our experience fell significantly short of even the most basic hostels and B&Bs. STRONGLY NOT ADVISED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! PLEASE TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! BELIEVE ME YOU CAN FIND MANY BETTER OPTIONS ALL AROUND PHUKET!!!!!

Looks like never cleaned before 🥲 Strong smell of alcohol in elevator , a lot of Russian ppl who always swears a lot, the hanger is bolted so you can’t stole it 🤣🤣🤣 Such a small rooms , poor buffet with most of spicy food. Instead of butter you will get margarine. By the way , location and outdoor environment are good 🙂

It’ was ok but tooo expensive for what you get the service is not so good but room ok

Great location 10 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the night market. I prefer staying in Kata, it’s more quiet compared to Patong.

Location is perfect! Walkable distance to the Kata beach, close to night market and bar streets. The room size is just perfect for a couple. The check in and check out process was smooth. Please note that they may take a deposit of 2000 THB (accept both cash and credit card). I would recommend and will consider staying here again!

Near the hotel is construction. Standard rooms is very small, old furniture and plumbing. The bed is very uncomfortable. The Kata beach is situated from 15 minutes walking.

Location is great near the beach and everything. There’s a little smell in bathroom when first get in, you can fix that. And about breakfast, i use to stay at ibis in bangkok before breakfast is the same, I think you can do better than this it like ibis standard breakfast is not good at all.

Well located between Kata and Karon beach, so close to both. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Nice pool area and towels provided in the room ready. Hotel is set back from main road so is quiet. Breakfast is ok but cooked items are cold. Fried eggs bought out fresh from the kitchen already cold.

The breakfast is ok. The rooms are not big but it’s enough. The location is in the middle of the two beach entrances so it’s good for visiting all places here. If you want to go to the beach quickly it’s better to stay at the ends. I on the other hand like walking and prefer to stay a little farther from the beach.

Very decent budget hotel for cost conscious travellers. Walking distance to surrounding shops and beaches.
