Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very old need renovation. Carpet and pillow are very dirty.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

Such a good hotel with a nice swimming pool. Customer service was very good. The room was spacious.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spabereich, das Wasser im Schwimmbad jedoch sehr kalt. Leckeres Frühstück. Personal war okey.

I had one night lay over in Nuremberg before Christmas and wanted to visit Christmas market therefore I was looking for a hotel with easy parking with a good connection to the city centre by public transportation, for a decent price. And this is what I found here. Room was just fine, no luxury but clean and warm, reception staff was friendly and helpful as well as waiters at the breakfast which was rich with good choice of meal. I didn´t use any other hotel service during my stay.

Hotel is a 20 mins bus to city and not much nearby
Traditional hotel, generous rooms and well presented

Everything was correct. Great location near to the park. Nice environment. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good, a lot of kind of food. Check-in was fast, and check-out also. Room with a big bathroom, the internet was fast and stable.

Nice rooms. Henne the restaurant and restaurant staff was not a great experience. Extremely poor waiter service and food Was brought out wrongly by the order and food was to a level that was very poor an unprofessional cooked.

Our stay was just overnight, and the Ramada served its purpose. The staff, especially Nico, were great!

This suited our needs as we wanted a place to break our journey from Prague to Paris and this worked . The sauna and pool added to the experience . We were there for barely a night and we had a good night sleep enough to proceed on our onward journey

Friendly, helpful staff in an updated, comfortable hotel. It was close to great restaurants, but the in house restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast buffet. I recommend this hotel when you are in Nuremberg.

This is the second hotel this week that has AC, but it is ineffective. The Super 8 in Augsburg has the same exact AC controller, now I know these types do not work. They cool the room a little bit, but even on high power, lowest temp setting, it doesn't do its job. The H+ hotel in Vienna has an AC that actually works, as well as Coffee Fellows hotel in Dortmund. At the H+ hotel I had to actually turn down the AC because it worked properly and you shouldn't have to run it on High all night.
