Các đánh giá I Hotel Baloi Batam

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi ở (tôi khách sạn), sau hơn hai năm.. không có gì thay đổi.. chỉ là lần này tôi nhận phòng vào buổi tối, (giờ Batam) 6:30 tối, khi tôi ở tầng thì toàn bộ Corey cửa tối om.. không có đèn BẬT. Tôi phải sử dụng đèn pin Hp để tìm Phòng của mình.. Phòng của tôi vẫn ổn.. nhưng không biết muỗi từ đâu đến.. không có cách âm , tôi có thể nghe thấy hàng xóm của mình.. nói chuyện và đồng hồ báo thức buổi sáng của họ reo vào khoảng 5:30 sáng. Có lẽ lần sau mình check in sớm sau 2h chiều để có Phòng tốt hơn..😏 #818

Excellent location, the I Hotel Baloi is located opposite the new Grand Batam Mall and surrounded by many Massage wellness and Spa centre and other amenities. Hotel Deluxe Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread is good. Will definitely go back and stay at I Hotel Baloi Batam and also recommend to my friends too.

Conveniently located near to food centre (they called it A2) , shopping malls and wet markets. Nice view

Second time stay with Hotel Baloi. My best choice whenever I go Batam trip. Rooms are big, aircon are cold. breakfast are very good!

Been staying tis hotel numerous times if it’s available. Great place to stay and. Nearby to many amenities. The staff are all great and helpful.

Trip.com should be avoided because they cannot be contacted if you require immediate customer support service. I had no contact number n only can reach the staff via email hence I have to wait for 30mins after arrival for check in at hotel lobby . The reception staff could not find the booking because the hotel did not receive any confirmation from trip.com. I will strongly not recommend anyone to book under Trip.com due to its poor n slow staff response during emergency for verification. Secondly there is no direct contact or point of contact for immediate assistance.

Brought my 2 year old son to batam for a short trip and I’m so glad to choose this hotel. The Grand Batam Mall is just about 2-3 min walk. So I can bring my son to the indoor playground and Arcade to play. There’re many massage parlour and food options in the area. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is really spacious and clean. Bed is big and comfortable, we slept really well. Will choose this hotel again next time we go.

Love the hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. Great place to spend your staycation. Salute to all the hotel staff. They are friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay there specially the pool. The buffet breakfast is also good, hopefully can add pancakes or waffle in the menu. ☺️ The location is strategically in the midst of malls and shops. A lot of food choices to try around, strongly recommendended to try the A2 food court for a night food trip. Since it’s nearby to Grand Batam mall, late movie night is also a perfect option to end your day. Massage and nail spas are all around too if you want to distress and relax. We will definitely book this hotel again whenever we visit Batam. 🫶

Repeated stay. Love the location - near to shopping mall & market and eateries. Their breakfast spread at this hotel is amazing! Recommend to stay here if it’s your first time in Batam!

Hotel is very clean and room service is very prompt. Location is very good too as it's s walking distance away from BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall. However, the only complain I have is that I had booked for double/twin bed room but was assigned a king bed room upon checking in as I was informed there were no double/twin room available at that point of time. Otherwise, a highly recommended place to stay.
