Honestly. A lovely hotel but not worth the price If you are going, just make sure u don't get room 1102. Even front desk staff agreed she hears complaints about it's size and location frequently

Great hotel - rooms with good size and very clean. Front desk agents very kind and helpful

Terrible experience. Was not helped when I asked what so ever. There were random dogs walking onto my first floor balcony. I told the desk I was allergic and they did nothing.

就在碼頭旁邊兒，房間小的就別説了，這邊兒的房價普遍比較高，還好是攜程上訂沒有税和其他的，費用停車費需要45美元。設施足夠老，不過普遍沒有國內的那麼先進，床還不錯

房間老舊，牙刷牙膏拖鞋礦泉水什麼都不提供，距離便利店也有好一段距離沒車很不方便，兩千多的價真不至於

Bel hôtel avec un service excellent mais le quartier est éloigné de tout et n’offre aucun intérêt

Having a room on the ground floor overlooking the Marina was special. The restaurant totally surprised me. The dinner was excellent! One of our tastiest in LA. And cocktails fun.

Excellent location. Nice room with a view of the marina. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in a beautiful setting. Nice lounge with live music too.

Nice hotel and tranquil pool and hot tub. Great area to walk around and look at boats and the water. Near places to eat and shop.

The property was excellent the staff was friendly happy a nice the food was good my experience there was excellent the only problem I have was with ******* I booked a certain room and I didn't get it but either than that everything was good because it was not the properties fault it was ******* fault

The property is lovely but the nightly parking rate is way too high when you add it to the room rate. Also, there is no self parking.

The hotel has a beautiful view. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Excellent location, close to many restaurants. The food at the SALT restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. I enjoyed my stay.

It was me and my bf first time here and the first guy that checked us in was rude and monotone. Are tv wasn’t working so I ask him politely if anyone is able to fix it and he just acted like I was bothering him and said he’ll call the engineer but never did. Between me and my bf we had to go to the front desk 4 times before they finally gave us another room. Customer service wasn’t that great in the beginning but overall the rooms were beautiful and the stay was good

Both nights was noisy due to guest above us but staff quickly resolved our complaints. They are very nice and we will be returning back!
