服務一般 應對速度比較慢 需要不斷催促。門卡打不開催了半天才幫忙解決，雖然態度是可以的，但工作效率不高。另外床單的清潔度需要提升。

We had visited the hotel in April 2024 and have had an awesome experience of hospitality, food quality & support services. Park Hotel is one of the oldest 5* hotel at Kolkata but it still well maintained and holding their status successfully.

It was really a pleasant stay at the park hotel, kolkata. After reading so ***y reviews i was quiet nervous about the environment but when i checked in, it well all good. I asked front office to give a good room and they gave me a room on 4th floor where it was very pleasant to stay, no noise was there. The staffs were very friendly. I asked for the late check out as my flight was in the evening and they provided me cordially which was very very nice. Thank you again to the park hotel ***agement. i will definitely come again.

Nice & cozy stay (28th night), all the staff were nice, polite & helpful. Since we were 3 (staying with my child) they upgraded my room and provided me a suite which was very spacious and good for accommodating an extra bed; nice gesture.

Excellent hospitality and professional staff. Well maintained rooms , clean and hygienic. Toiletries provided are of high quality ' KAMA PRODUCTS'. Food served at 'The Bridge' is amazing. Hotel is centrally located in Kolkata giving an option to explore lot of avenues.

Great location in the heart of city with walking distance market and Eden garden, where we watched IPL. Pool & Gym was awesome. welcoming staffs and front desk. Food was also great but a bit costly compare to other 5 star hotel. Bed and pillow was fluffy,

Very cooperative and interactive staff. Immediately got the booking. The rooms were sufficiently large with large size windows. The beds were comfortable. The washroom had a bathtub and good flow of water. The food was equally tasy especially the snacks. The location is awsome.....its bang on the most happening Street of Kolkata. Yes it has three pubs downstairs which may sometimes disturb you. But I feel that ok. After all it's Kolkata. Thank u Hotel Park

Very bad experience with this hotel, the major drawback for staying this hotel is the whole night and every night very loud sound of dance music coming till 5th floor's room which is not allowing other guest to sleep. Even after complaining to the desk no benefits because they are simply saying this is every night happening.

Prime location,easy access to great eateries,central area of Kolkata. Good hospitality,good food. Rooms were clean,washroom was large enough,clean toiletries. Park Street is a bustling business and social centre for Kolkata,and The Park ensures you have easy access to it,staying comfortable. Gym and Swimming pools were also very nice.

The room is absolutely swanky and comfortable. And comfort level is on a different scale here and the hotel staff is incredibly helpful. The food at the Zen is a must MUST try. there's a swimming pool and the place where it is absolutely is close to ***y places like Victoria memorial and St Paul's. Overall, a 5-star experience that lives up to its name.
