Vị trí tuyệt vời. Con người thân thiện. Xem từ 31 f tuyệt vời. Bữa sáng tuyệt vời. Các phòng đủ thoải mái và có một nhà bếp.

The hotel is quite old
And current under renovations
So it’s quite noisy and disturbing.
Not so recommend
Only thing good is near to the metro and cheap price

30 floors building only has four small lifts! Long waiting time. Have to ask for clothes hangers, shampoo, kettle, after entering the room.

It’s always a good time coming back here. The location is absolutely perfect right next to financial center metro station and some good restaurants nearby. It has to work more on cleanliness and on providing quicker service. Overall it’s a comfortable place.

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

The location is perfect , everything near to you , but the serviece + cleaning , furniture very bad , also they cost you like you will stay at 4 or 5 star hotel when in reality the hotel is 1 or 2 star maximum .. I can't stand beenig there more than one day , after that I checked out and went to other Hotel , even if the hotel I went was a bit far from everything but the Cleaning and furnture and the serviece very important to me , I rather to take taxi everytime i go out than staying in bad hotel just for the location .. this is my honset review about Emrqties Grand hotel , never again ..

Totally disappointed with my stay at this hotel and will not choose it again! The rooms both had Mold and the air was not clean. the room were old and not cleaned properly. There was considerable noise from the renovations.
Service was nonexistence.
Furthermore, the GYM was NOT available!

They give water only during check in, rest of the days you are charged or you buy water on your own.
Service is very poor, ask for towels you get it late evening or the next day.

The location is good in front of metro station. But, the room is bit lack of maintaining, the water flow of shower is very low, no heater for shower, the only 2 electric plugs beside the bed was broken. I cannot charge my phone in the room.

Good hotel, in a good location. Perfect, next to a tube stop so you can travel as you please.

The worst experience ever, TV was not working and despite many times calling the front desk they fail to fix it.
We stayed three days without TV
The smell was very bad.
The bathroom is very old and very bad.
There was noisy guests in the next room, shouting and slamming the room door while going in and out ever 10 or 15 minutes at night, I called the front desk and they did nothing, and we had to live with this noise for at least 2 hours each night of our stay.
Most of the electrical items was not working,
The door for the balcony was broken, we couldn’t open and they failed to fix it.
It was horrible, a very bad experience
