The soba itself is lightly seasoned, but the meat tastes strong and the soup is based on pork bones, so it matches the noodles 💓 The amount is small, but the noodles are thick and chewy, so it was just right. If it's not enough, you can get another noodle for 100 yen 🤩 I was curious, so I tried sprinkling Okinawan koregusu (a seasoning from Okinawa prefecture with island peppers soaked in awamori), but it was quite sour and spicy just by adding a little! It is said that it is an indispensable seasoning for Okinawa soba in the local area. (Be careful not to overfill ⚠️) Although it is cheap, it has a very authentic and gentle taste 👍 The people at the restaurant are warm and I realized that it is a restaurant that is loved by the locals! * Closed on Tuesdays
