staten island ferry

One of the most recommended free things to do in New York for tourists. Great way to see statue of the liberty and the skyline of the New York City. The ferry itself is modern and clean and most of the workers on the ferry are very friendly. The boat take roughly half an hour from New York City to the Staten Island and usually there is a boat every 30 minutes. The island itself is also very beautiful. Very quite and beautiful. The day I take the boat, the weather is not very decent. It would be better for a sunny day. Everytime I visit New York City and have leisure time, I would take the boat. Worth the time every time. Highly recommended.
